I would like to clear some vague terms used here.
Here, I observe the homosexual mindset/orientation is being called as ‘gay’. Which is ok. But the guy in that youtube video shared his past that he was married to a woman and ultimately divorced and have **three “3” children **who were born in that specific bondage /relationship. Now According to my understanding , Such is person who remained engaged in long term marraige with opposite sex and produced ofsprings And after that long term period he is now more inclind towards same gender is specifically not a bonafide homosexual. He is a bi-sexual character with more inclination toward same sex relationship.
To understand this phenomena i recommend a reference , a critically aclaimed movie starring Late Heath Ledger (RIP) :
There should be clear-cut understanding of difference between homosexual AND **Bisexual **characters. They should not and Must not be considered one and the same genre. And as per my understanding , islam treat them differently. One is crime and other is sin.
Now, a bonafide gay (homosexual) person should be the one who can not attain any level of arousal in front of hot and prudent sexual joy from opposite gender. To explain my pov more explicitly I want to refer and visual delight. A movie which is also a treat to watch. I watched it long time back. Staring Jennifer Aniston with strong acting and good story :

I agree with you guys that gay sex is haraam (just like straight fornication), it is a major sin, no doubt about that...
..But a sin alone does not make someone a kaafir (Non-Muslim) unless they say their sin is not a sin (and that applies even to those who don't actually commit the sin but say there is nothing wrong with it)...
In Islam there is a difference between a Kafir (Non-Muslim) and a Fasiq/Fajir (Sinner).

It's an established Islamic belief that major sin does not put anyone outside the fold of Islam unless they consider it Halal.
The perpetrator of a grave sin (kabirah) does not step outside the fold of faith (i.e., he is not an Kafir). In this world, he is to be called a believer possessing an incomplete faith. In the Hereafter, he stands under under Allah's will, who may forgive him if He pleases or punish him if He pleases.
I don't know what sect you are but all Orthodox Sunni Muslims believe that sin does not make anyone a non-Muslim.
Are you a Khawarij? Becuase they were the ones who believed sin made people Kafir.

But then u don't have the courage to tell me a single instant in Prophet's Life when such an instant occurred and was taken as a blemish and forgiven. We know that ZINA instances did came out and with repercussions...
Any such Ayah or Hadees which states such a felony is actually forgivable, let alone considered a social norm of life...
