In Islam men CAN show their legs and upto naval but it doesn’t mean they SHOULD, specially in Western society where others will see their wives fully covered in comparison to them wearing shorts and whatnot.

The molvi saab in the masjid has a problem with jeans below ankles, you have a problem with shorts. What do we wear?
