Re: For Brides planning Lahore Wedding outside of Pakistan!

i had my engagement in mughal-e-azam ... in the basement ... it was very nice ...
it is a small hall .... but that's what we needed ... becuz we were not more than 50 people.
i guess the other halls are also nice ... i took a peek into the upper bigger hall ... and it all seemed nice ...
and their food is REALLY DELICIOUS!!!

Re: For Brides planning Lahore Wedding outside of Pakistan!

Surprisingly i got really fast email responses....karma said that they can complete bridal outfits in 4-5 weeks. Fahad Hussayn however said they are booked for feb 2010 so if i want my bridal for March i would have to book now..so i cant use them.... So as of right now i think my bridal is gonna be Karma, which is fine i love some of there bridal outfits...

Still waiting for some emails from other designers...

Maram & Aabroo's said that i will be able to do my booking in January for my march wedding. They were really nice too. they said they charge Rs. 20,000 for the Bridal make-up which includes Hair, Make-up, dupatta + jewellery setting and a
rejuvinating facial and Rs. 20,000 for the Bridal photoshoot, its a
package of Rs. 40,000. They take 50% Advance to book the dates.

Re: For Brides planning Lahore Wedding outside of Pakistan!

hey fari thanks for reposting them hall pics  its nice to get a “real” view of halls other than wot the websites offer…

also Karma is amazingggg!!!

She's going to Pakistan for 1 month to pick out her things and her mom is going to stay and come back with the cloths. She's going to be in Lahore for 3 weeks and islamabad for a week....so lahore designers would be best because she wont have to much time in Islamabad to visit family and go shopping....thanks

Re: For Brides planning Lahore Wedding outside of Pakistan!

in that budget she cud go for most designers......ive been to maria b they have fab stuff or she cud even go to karma.........

Karma? really? there online website doesnt have any bridal less than 175,000....

Came across this online fari : Eternity Lounge… Now in Pakistan
You can check them out.

the website will always be far more expensive than if you go in person because its always overseas clients ordering online. Plus, if you just consider starting prices, Karma is more reasonable than other designers. A lot of the reputed designers, e.g. Bunto, Umer Sayeed, HSY, wouldn't have anything cheaper than 3 lakhs. Karma I think has a good range of bridal prices....of course at 1.5 lakhs, you won't get something as heavy, but each bride has her own qualifications.

ok this is annoying now … did they really email you back??? PM me the mail you sent them … cuz i wrote to them 3 freaking times … and they still havent responded :teary:

maram aabroo, if you’re reading this …

thanks fari! we are thinking of having the wedding in mughaleazam. does anybody here have any experience with them?

I had emailed him this morning again telling him that i would prefer to buy my bridal from there location and not online and he told me online bridals are cheaper in cost than at there location...

yup i had my mangni there ... the food was AMAZING ... and even with the decor ... i just told them what i wanted ONCE .. about the colors and all ... and i was happy with what they made of it ...
its a nice clean place ... and the people are also very nice and accomodating ...
