I think he is just gay. Nothing to be afraid of, if you think about it, and will probably get you a good job anyway, but its understandable that you are uncomfortable and so should switch agents.

Yes, report him to a supervisor and change your agent as soon as possible. And if you can't change the agent, take a brother or a male friend with you (if possible)next time but it is better to change your agent.

Anyway, as I said, I think he is gay. I can’t be sure, ofcourse. And the reason I say is that gay guys get away with a lot of $hit. Some of them act overly friendly and a lot more touchy-feely than normal guys. Most of them presume you have already figured out they are gay. If your gaydar is weak, this can make you very uncomfortable.

now you have to put your best foot forward and go to another agency. dont shoot yourself in the foot by staying with this agency. you want to get off on the right foot when you start your new job.

i dont think it has anything to do with being gay, everyone has there own fetish/thing. foot fetish is very common among men.

People who have podophilia are generally submissive people. The idea is that feet is generally degrading and anyone who has a fascination for it must belong to the lower form of life.
I think he is a harmless fly. I think you could do two things:
1) save the emails, go there again with proper attire and a hidden recorder, behave professionally, and tell him (make sure it's on tape) that you didnt like the way he played with you feet the other day. This will prompt him to say something dumb like, "why aren't you wearing flip-flops today?" or " I am sorry, i played with your feet."
THEN sue the agency after a formal complaint. Just gimme $1,000 after you become rich.
2) Take your socks, stuff 'em with cottage cheese, boogers, earwax, and then wipe your sweat with them and then put em on and keep them on for two days. Only keep nail polish on the Big toe-nail, so it looks like a one-eyed monster, and then just stick it in his face....
Videotape the reaction, and then post it in video gallery.
