totally agreed. How can you even think of meeting him again? If even he tried to pick your feet up which was completely sudden and socking, you should have kick on his face with same feet.
I think it will be an open invitation if you go back again. And you should definitely issue a complain to Ministry of labour. These agencies buy a license to run agency business and it can be approve/disapprove by the Minisitry depending on their performance.

^^ I agree. You have the copies of his emails. So even if you don't to go through whole sue thingy, just a complaint to Min. of Labor wud do.
P.S. In some states, hidden recorder might not be allowed. In some places, it is allowed in the enses that the law says that at least one person present should be aware of the communication being recorded, which means yourself. But I think this law has been changed/modified lately. So cross check before taking such a step, or ur hiny might get sued in return :D

Mahru I know this is partly my fault for being dumbfounded while he did it. I told a friend about it and he was enraged that I did not kick him in the face. This was my first job agency experience and I seriously did not know what to expect.
