First Night.

Re: First Night.

Dude, just talk to your girl about it, if you really know her, otherwise, leave it for the day.

Re: First Night.

Barfee: Lets hope not.

Multinick: Gloves come on and using a multinick to have a go at me? :p Dude, could you be a bit original?:p

Iconoclast: Oh it isnt about my girl. Just wanted different perceptions.

Re: First Night.

Thought I would never say it but first time I’ve seen Catty swear

Re: First Night.

No way! They were shouting at her? I would have ended it right there.

Re: First Night.

wow by reading some of these replies (from the guys)…i really hope that your marriages last past the first night.

first and foremost pray together. just be natural about the entire night. dont plan what you are gonna do and say ahead of time. the only planning that you should do is where your first night is going to be and how ur gonna decorate the place. Oh and most importantly… plz dont let ur first night be at your parents house…that is so unromantic and embarrasing.

Re: First Night.

very good point. i think it needs to be said a lot more. amana’s reply is the first one where i read that the couple should have time to themselves on the first night, and not with the whole ‘susraal’…spend a night away! trust me..it’s not very comfortable for the girl..knowing that everyone around might be ‘listening in’…
and who takes the whole family clan on the honeymoon?!

great ideas…i really like where you’re coming from. probably the first mature post i’ve read in this thread :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: First Night.

well said upto this part :k:

hahahaha! exactly!

Re: First Night.

For ImranQ, are you saying for men who go for arranged marriages, and have had no time to establish love, respect, and care, they view the wife on their bed as a slut initially? No wonder women are scared of arranged marriages.

Re: First Night.

The Holy Prophet :saw: said: Let none of you fall suddenly upon his wife like a lower animal. Let him send the Envoy before cohabitation. Someone asked ‘What is the Envoy O Prophet?’ He said, ‘kisses and words of love.’

If you are married, it doesn’t mean that you start rutting like stoats on the first night…

Unless you know each other before, let the first night be a communion of soul and spirits…Then after your thoughts and souls have joined together, then rut like stoats…:cb:

The first night is the most important night in the life of any married couple…It is the night, the words of which, the moment of which, the sights and sounds of which will resonate the entire life of a couple’s relationship…

'Coz remember…Absence makes the heart grow fonder…In this case, don’t abstain…Just hold off until you guys immerse yourself in each other…

Re: First Night.

Talk to each other, hold each other, eat together (you will be hungry), enjoy each other, and do what you're comfortable with. Don't worry about what's expected and what you're supposed to do. If you worry about these things you will risk ruining your relationship. Each couple is different.
