I heard kpk also announced their budget and they have increase salaries to 10% agar asa hua tu our country Pakistan se provinces mei ne separate ho jai

Yesterday Pervaiz Rashid was saying that 90 % employees are with provinces, they should increase the salaries of their employees. I dont think that the budget of KPK has been announced yet.

[Government announces increase in employees Salaries
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar has announced to raise salaries of government employees by 10 percent following recommendations of the committee, Geo News reported.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had constituted a committee to review the possibility of an increase in the salaries of government servants on late Thursday.
The committee proposed 7.5 percent raise in the salaries, however, Dar said the government has increased it by 10 percent.
The PML-N budget was widely criticized for not raising the salary of government employees’, while the prices of all commodities including milk, sugar, cigarettes, petrol, diesel and CNG were raised because of the raise in the GST.

minimum wages and taxes are both bad ideas. Minimum wage just says if I could pay you less I would, but it's illegal, besides, it forces small business and farmers to cut back on their workforce because they won't be able to afford it, hence increasing unemployment. Tax increases are a bad idea, specially on rich people since they're the only ones who invest in businesses and create jobs, someone with a small business makes 10 million RS a year, if they have to give 3 of it to the government, it's 3 that won't go into creating jobs/expanding their business. We shouldn't tax incomes, we should tax consumption, mainly things like non-essential goods etc.

they are comparing actual budget of KP with “development budget” of punjab.
Actual education budget of punjab for 2013-14 is 210 billion = 24%, bit more than KP
health is not 3% its 9.4%
