but where did the ‘experience’ go which they kept yapping about? Why did they make tall claims about min wages?
Still no way announced to bring rich businessmen in tax net whereas salaried individuals have to pay more taxes (which is fair) but why dont they touch their own class with taxes?

More loans announced for entrepreneurs (they were promised to be interest free but 8% interest is announced.
Some aspects of the budget are good, considering the fact that they did not have a lot of time to work on it. But some aspects are surprising. Lots of taxes on the end consumer, and very little that actually hits the pocket of big business. Even in those few cases, big businesses will no doubt pass on the cost of their tax increase to the consumers.
10,000 stipend for master's degree holders under 25? On the good side, many folks might be inclined to go for a masters just to get the stipend. On the bad side, most of these will be in faculties that have no marketable value.
And more loans for the public means more liabilities. God help the banking system.
15% rise in defence budget? Absolutely disgusting! The whole irony of the situation depresses me. I guess Pakistan is still a de facto military state and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
Since every province manage the education sector by itself, does the budget on education & health have any impact on the provinces? 21 billion ( budget for education ) is divided between the 4 provinces or does every province have they own budget for that department?
PMLN has once again proved that they are business & elite class friendly party. No major tax collection from the landlords, increase in sales tax etc,,,
