When I see news coming from Pakistan, I really feel surprised and sad both. It seems some people are making illogical statements and efforts to portray that iftikhar and Arsalan are innocent and every fault lies with Malik Riaz.
One defending Arsalan and Iftikhar even started saying that to give bribe is illegal, so RM should be punished. Another made comment that if Arsalan took bribe then what it has to do with Iftikhar. When I see such people and their defending corruption of taking bribe, I feel that these people must be corrupt too, as only corrupt would defend such corruption of taking bribes.
How funny?
It seems we forget that problems of Pakistan are not those who bribe to get progress in their businesses or life, but problems are those who take bribe and then let these people progress illegally.
Duty of Pakistanis should be to punish those who take bribe, as when those who take bribe would get severe punishment then taking bribe would stop (or would get reduced). Consequence would be that those who give bribe would vanish themselves.
On the other hand, if thugs who take bribe would keep getting away without severe punishment, then these corrupts would force people to give bribe and thus the consequence would be bribe culture, as even to get legal work from government department one would need to give bribe (what is happening in Pakistan today).
As for Arsalan and Iftikhar, it is obvious that Iftikhar or anyone in such post do not take bribe themselves but take bribe through middlemen. For iftikhar, the middleman was Arsalan. Thus, if it would get proven that Arsalan took money from Malik Riaz, then such transaction should be considered corruption on behalf of Iftikhar.
I think Malik riaz is contradicting himself on one side he says that he has paid for arsalans trips and on the other he is saying that the deals and money transfers were between arsalan and salman.

So do you want to say the Malik riaz has built his empire on truth and honesty? And the guy who has the whole country under his feet was being blackmailed by arsalan for 3 years? Having said that arsalan needs to be punished for his crimes and this should also be established why Malik riaz paid him,and what stopped him bringing this into the notice of the people 3 years back?
Malik Riaz his son in law n his friends should be punished with Arsalan chowdary for tying to Buy/bribe for trying to customize justice according to their will.

ISLAMABAD: Real estate tycoon and Bahria Town chief Malik Riaz addressed media representatives in Islamabad on Tuesday DawnNews reported.
During the press conference, Riaz raised various questions on the transparency of Arsalan Iftikhar suo moto case and made claims that he met Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry in the presence of his son, Arsalan Iftikhar. He said that the Chief Justice knew about the business dealings and should have taken suo moto action before the media broke this news.
He alleged that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani met Iftikhar Chaudhry at Khalil Ahmed’s residence, who is considered to be an associate of Riaz.

I want to say is that, people who progress in business and life using rushwat are product of system and it is not their fault, but it is fault of those haram-khors who take rushwat and live on haram kee kamie. If these Rashwat khor do not get punished then they would keep forcing people to give them rushwat.

Is the reason a riddle or open book? ... To me, it is open book, that is, the culprit is not Arsalan but Iftikhar, and it was Iftikhar that must be blackmailing Malik Riaz through Arsalan to get rushwat by threatening of using court to punish Malik Riaz if he does not pay up, and that, legal right or wrong won’t be able to save Riaz Malik.

Arsalan is no-body. He could not benefit or harm anyone. It is obvious that if Arsalan was milking Malik Riaz then it was not Arsalan but Iftikhar who was milking Malik Riaz. It is obvious why Malik Riaz was not coming out in public, because public was blind in love of corrupt CJ, and that if he would have come out then his life would become more difficult in courts of Pakistan.
Even today, we can see how people are blind that they could not see simple fact that Arsalan is/was nothing ... an irrelevant body in his own right ... and if he was blackmailing or taking money then it has to be for Iftikhar. This blindness is same what it was when Musharraf sent reference against Iftikhar to SJC asking them to investigate Iftikhar's corruption, nepotism, misconduct and abuse of power.
It's getting real ugly, I think some proofs/pictures should come on social media soon regarding this issue since hamid Mir has supported the chief justice against him too... Bangladesh model...

It seems as if Malik riaz has become an untouchable now as he has got proofs against anyone, no one can confront him, he is very powerful. At least this issue has exposed him fully in front of the people.

Exposed in the sense that the power this guy has amassed that no one including the judiciary, politicians, military can stand up to him. He is in effective the ruler of the whole country now.
Now this is something serious as allegations are directly on CJ and not on son. If he knew this way before then that changes the dynamics a lot and CJ will come under:

ملک ریاض نے کہا کہ ’چیف جسٹس یہ بتائیں کہ انہوں نے رات کے اندھیروں میں اُن سے کتنی ملاقاتیں کی ہیں؟ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان یہ بتائیں گے ان کے کاروباری ساتھی کے گھر پر ان کی ملاقاتوں میں کیا ان کے بیٹے ارسلان افتخار موجود نہیں تھے؟ چیف جسٹس کو یہ بات کب سے معلوم تھی؟ اور انہوں نے اس وقت ازحود نوٹس کیوں نہیں لیا؟‘
ملک ریاض کا کہنا تھا کہ انہوں نے ارسلان افتخار کو رشوت نہیں دی بلکہ انہیں بلیک میل کیا جا رہا ہے۔
