vit c is safe..you can use it till you re a 100 ....it lightens freckles..acne marks..and unevenness as well...its an antioxidant..
salicylic acid----you cant use this during pregnancy..(belongs in the asprin family)
its good for breakouts..i mix 1 1/4 tsp of the salicylic powder(i got from the personalformulator) in 1 cup of MD forte III cleanser and store it in a plastic jar (also from PF website) i make all of my stuff twice a month.... :)
That sure is a lot of useful information you have...Thankyou.
Btw do you have any info about reducing pre size..I have never had a proffessional facial done...and I have heard that its really useful to unclog pores and reduce them..or something.
no problem!! yes...you can get TCA peel (12.5%--25%) from platinumskincare.com
and Glycolic acid peel...all are made for home use..but be careful...they ARE STRONG....so start with the least..and build up to the strongest
i started off with 20%(glycolic) now i use 55%!!! once a month...it takes a week for you to peel and get new skin..
for tca peel i am using the 25% right now...its the best peel....
you can also get the salicylic acid peel from platinumskincare.com (i am using the 25%...but started of with 8%)
if you have any more questions...ask me...id love to help out!!
girl!!! you dont know how much research i had to do for all of this...i want to help our desi girls....it so hard to find a good female cosmetologist in our community...anyway...have fun with your experiments :) let me know how its going...i know the websites tend to overwhelm you sometimes..because they have so much stuff!!!!!! but just make a list of the things you want to tackle and then go from there...
ill post the recipes tomorrow...
take care
Vit C serum
Base Ingredients: 5 ml glycerine, 5ml water.
Process: remember 2 grams is=1/2 teaspoon
Dissolve 2 gram (or whatever you are comfortable with) of L-ascorbic acid in 5 ml of water (preferably distilled), in small glass container using a stirrer. Make sure it is fully dissolved before proceeding to next step.
Add 5 ml of glycerine and mix.
Put in a sealable jar, (not clear glass as this allows light in, and light degrades vitamin C.) Store in cool dry place.
Milk Bath
powedered milk
honey
citric acid
Essential Oil (any of your choice)
Oatmeal
neemseed oil
avocado oil or olive oil

glycolic acid peel—start with 20%
TCA peel 12.5%
Lactic acid derived from milk..start with the lowest % it works wonders…
to make lotions do their job better
i get Amlactin from walgreens it has 12% lactic acid
mix 2tbsp of 20% glycolic acid
2tbsp of 8% salicylic acid
and use it all over the body
aa…aa…hormones:halo:…I never got around to using the things mentioned:bummer:…They just went away on their own..or maybe the clearasil zapper worked of the mausam…or the dua..
