I have never had you know major break out even in teenage years and today for the first time I got nuetrogena acne zapper…
…I know its more of some sort of allergy ..and I know the culprit too which I cant give up as of now…need it too much…its my morning coffee:(…
Any Suggestions…I am getting more like a breakout in couple of places on the face:(…Ami says drink lots of fluids…Which I am…and leave Coffee..which I cant..need caffeine too much…Pleaseeee help…any suggestions are welcome as long as they dont require me to scrub my face with algae…Im fine with anything else:D

^ ur best bet is water drink lots of water , eat fruit and veg , avoid fatty and greasy foods . i know u must have herd all thsi crap before but its truee trust me.
also get a food face wash to use in the mornin and evening
ur face shud clear up in no time.

i just had the smae prob like two months ago ..
i tried everything under the sun.. and i really dont kno what worked
sulphur soap.. tea tree oil.. lemon .. etc etc
rubbing a lil piece of lemon will help em pop and go away

I am getting them more of like a reaction…u know like bug bite…and that’s what I had been treating em like…and I make an x on them:cb:…but really its like bug bite some sorta allergic reaction to God knows what

No not benadryl…but as of now Im living on Claratin…but nothing mush except for nasal Allergy control…and I dont want to go to a dr for these…or should I ..I dont wanna be tainted for life…literally:bummer:

btw...if you get anything from the drugstore or some department store..chances are the product is not potent enough....or its wayyyyy too expensive...so your best bet would be to make it yourself..its easy...and cheap...all the formulations are on the website...(they dont ship outside of US though)

use the directions...start off with the min. amount......i got salicylic acid and Vit C (L-ascorbic acid) for $10
i use glycerin to make my own vit c serum
vit c sitting on the shelves for months is of no use...plus you can make your own vit c serum weekly to make sure it is fresh...

vit c is safe..you can use it till you re a 100 ....it lightens freckles..acne marks..and unevenness as well...its an antioxidant..
salicylic acid----you cant use this during pregnancy..(belongs in the asprin family)
its good for breakouts..i mix 1 1/4 tsp of the salicylic powder(i got from the personalformulator) in 1 cup of MD forte III cleanser and store it in a plastic jar (also from PF website) i make all of my stuff twice a month.... :)
