Exercise

I am looking for different exercises specifically for heart and staying active. I do not want to lose weight and I can’t seem to find anything that doesn’t involve shedding a few pounds atleast. I do martial arts and thai kickboxing but it’s not something I can do every morning before work.. maybe something slightly less rigorous. If anyone knows of any good workout, do share :slight_smile:

Do boxing, like bag punching and stuff.
And kick boxing it no boxing.

^uh, muay thai IS. but bag punching is not something i want to do every morning, it's way too much.

hmm
cross train. Do a cycle. Different work different days.
Come back to same routine twice a week.

That sounds good.. but remember, I just don't want to lose even a single pound. Infact, I wouldn't mind gaining a few :(

u know what u should do.. if u're eating right.. its all good.. increasing heart rate means doing cardio and cardio is known for toning muscles or weight loss... so u dont need to worry about it... just eat right and do what you're currently doing...and if u happen to gain weight while exercising.. it's 99% the good weight ( muscles ).. but u wont loose any, since u'll be earting healthy meals..

aerobics / hiphop.. bits of bolly in them too.. whtever kind of music is on..

20-30 is oK? i cud spare alot more..but u know..start small. :)

I have gained 8 pounds in the last 10 months.. a pound each month I guess. In a few more years when my metabolism slows down, I will be able to get chubby, woohoo.
