I suggest all directors/producers of Indian style SAAS-BAHOO-SOAPs should watch this drama as a refresher course. U can really tell saas bahoo story without moving camera at uncomfortable angles and with ear piercing music.
I see the conflict of interest between Durre-shahwar and her MIL, but I dont think everything the MIL says is for the worse. I just watched one of the episodes, where Shahwar wants to speak with her parents at the neighboring house and her MIL frowns upon it. I think that was/is very common among some people, that they dont want their young DIL/daughters to vander around other peoples houses, because of fear for what people might start gossiping .... But I guess she could tell her son to write letters to his wife and vice versa.
I'm tired of watching the past memories of Durr-e-shahwar. I find the drama is dragging at this point. Okay, we get it......it was a tough life for her, but let's get past that. I find the 'present' scenes of Nadia & Noman more enjoyable.
the flashbacks are a crucial part of the story and also allow the generation of today to understand the sacrifices our parents and grandparents generation made during their times of early marriage..
we often forget that our parents had feelings.. that they had emotions too. Im totally loving the way this drama has presented that :k:
i think next epi will be great bc now mikall will learn wht his wife is gng through when his own sister is gng to face the same issues , i think turning point of drama is coming
^ i think the last episode (13) already showed mikael beginning to understand what his wife is going through... the next episode will just further hightlight that.
the whole dinner scene where she's making rotis non-stop.. and the bedroom scene where he asks her "tum har roz is time par sothi ho...?" clearly showed that he felt bad...
Who cried today??? Me me me yes I finally cried while watching it, I remember last time I cried while watching any drama was way back dhuan when Dawood died, even humsafar didn’t made me shed m tears
Lolz Nhi mei tu tab roi jab sanam apne aba k sath letters ki baat kr rahi thi, mujhe Panay aba yaad a gai, phr Uss k bad jab mansoor Uss ko sath rakhnay ki baat krta hai tab
I feel such like a cheese ball........couldn't stop my tears. Loved the episode today especially how they showed the relationship between the MIL and Durr e shawar
