what a rondhu drama...humayun's character looks like a wimp.how can anybody like him.'poorly written character' I would say.

^ I would say its a very powerful character because he is so human, we are not supposed to like him! arnt we always complaining about weak characterization where there is no glimpse of human follies? his character basically gave in to his own insecurities and an inferiority complex he was harboring, he said so to his friend, that he was relieved and was sick of feeling guilty and inferior all the time. he is a spineless idiot :disgust: BUT despite his lameness you could still relate to the character, because differences in his attitude over time were brought out starkly. and btw he is definitely more to blame for this than his ghar walas, he was the one who made her the promises and commitments not them :mad:

^I agree with you. That's why I feel so sad for him because it's as if due to his 'lower class' he cannot even maintain a marriage with a 'high class' woman. I don't think he's bad at heart or intended to do what he did but the circumstances changed and brainwashed him. After all he's human also, not some majnu or ranjha.
Besides I felt bad for him because Humayun's expressions were tooooooooooo good.. he really looked like a helpless bechara.

I love how they show the difference between the classes, not many show it that way.. usually even if it's a gaon ki larki she'll have oodles of makeup on and wud be wearing whatever's IN like capri's and long kameez's.. this is close to reality. Even the house isn't some fancy lavish haveli..

This drama is awesome!

Excellent direction - can't expect crap from mehreen jabbar.

And for once, the script and acting and portrayal of the characters is realistic. No overdone make-up and exagerrated acting about families that do not exist in Pakistan, and not even in the imagination of sane human beings.

A good topic. Engaging dialogue. Good script. Great execution of the script. And it is a modern production.

Excellent stuff. You have to follow this one.

nice drama.story main yei dekhaya gaya hai k humayun change hojata hai aur apni wife sy bhi uska attiude change ho jata hai aur sara kay sath acha nahin kia. jab kay sara us ki bury waqt main help bhi kerti hai phir bhi ahsan faramosh niklta hai.jo insaan sahi nahin hota uss ko apni ghalti bhi nahin lagti aur woh doosari shaadi kay baad bhi khush nahin hai yeh sahi hai k koi insaan kisi kay sath ghalat kerta hai tu woh khud bhi khush nahin rah sakta.

u know what, i think umar and sara gonna remarried. even though i have seen only 5 episodes so far, and i have no idea about the end. but i just think he will get sick of shehla and marry sara again. i might be wrong but lets see

Watched all the 10 epis online and it is going GREAT!!!

Question/Comment: I would have thought that Omar wouldn't cosummate his marriage w/ his cousin since he always thought of her as her younger sister. I was kind of surprised to hear that she is going to have a baby.

Looks like Sara will marry Adnan's character but there is something he's hiding because there was a scene where he and his mother were chatting and they said "I hope they don't do a background check"

well, they showed omar's character as a loser anyways, who couldn't live up to his promises, so if he marry that girl to phir......baqi is not surprising also.
and about adnan siddiqui: after sarah got married and came to her mother's house, her mother told her that she find out that adnan siddiqui was married to someone in america. so i guess that is what they were talking about. but now since sarah is divorced also than it's not a big deal anymore i guess.

Oh God, spoiler alert- DO NOT click on Doraha's page on Geo's websit- it tells you the ENTIRE story! I just did that and I can't believe they would spoil the story from the beginning till end!

i think geo is either too stupid, or too confident. anyways, even though they told the whole story on the website, i am still dying to watch the rest of it.

it just surprised me because he doesn't really care for Shehla or her yummy food anymore (lol) so I thought he would have kept his distance ;-)

I am thinking there is more than meets the eye because the way the mum was like "I hope they don't investigate" it is probably more than just a past marriage.
