When ever you find a verse in Quraan that Sualeheens, Shaheeds and Prophets are alive
you will not find the word grave
you will find
Wala kinla tash-oroon
wla kinla ya lamoon
means
you dont have the sense of their live
you dont have the knowledge of their lives
means we dont know how they are, and where they are alive

and Hazrat Ayesha Narrated
"he who said that Prophet SAAW knew the hidden one he told a Lie"
Quraan said
"qul la yalamo man fis samawat-e-wal arzil ghaiba illallah"
"(O Muhammad SAWW!) announce that noone knows the hidings of heavens and earth but Allah"
compare the translation of this Ayya with Kalima Tayyibah and you will be amazed that same LA and ILLALLAH used in ame manner
so if we consider here that prophet SAWW is exempted here then we must consider that in Kalima Tauheed Prophet is Als exempted so Muhammad SAWW can be Worshipped
but as all of us know
that Prophet himself told us not to worship beside Allah
so we can easily conclude as Prophet cannot be worshipped so he can also not be said that he knew the Ilm of Ghaib
^first learn about the heretical views of the khawarij and then you can turn your ranting gun at salafis. and maybe at the same time you can pull something from the hereitage of the Salaf to support your deviant sufi thought. And if you cannot do either then silent is better for you because otherwise on the day of qiyyamh you will end up giving your hasanaat to salafis.

^^Well this is your opinion. I respect that. But to me he is having a good sound knowledge. He prove everything scientifically according to quran. His debates are very scientific. May be you are listening to Peace TV, where the lectures are repeated.
He can't prove everything scientifically from Quran, no one can. But the problem is he doesn't talk about that stuff and makes Islam look like a religion of science which is not true.
There are few more things that i didn't like because they didn't make any sense to me ...for example he said that don't teach your kids traditional english nursery rhymes like "jack and jill" because it gives the children wrong concepts by telling them about a girl and boy's friendship. And "baba black sheep" uses the word "dame" and it somehow currupts children's mind.

he can debate with non-muslims regarding Quran and may Allah reward him for that but apart from that he is embarrassingly ignorant !
I never said that and I'm in no position to make takfeer on anyone. However, he is a sufi with deviant 'aqeedah, who have the same believes as our brelawi brothers and it is amazing that deobandis take stuff from him. Also, he is not a sunni in 'aqeedah and according to the Salaf he has committed kufr; these are not my words but the words of the Salaf. If you need the evidence feel free to ask me...May Allah Ta'ala guide us and make us adhere to the correct path, ameen.

i LOOOVE dr zakir naik..he always uses proof from quran and sahih hadith in all his lectures....may Allah protect him alwaysss ameeeen! a true and worthy successor of Ahmed Deedat!:)
Although I don't always agree with dr. zakir naik but he is right in saying that even prophets have passed away. I would like to bring to attention the events unfolded on the death of the holy prophet (pbuh):
Hazart umar and some other sahabas were so sad they refused to accept this fact. At that moment, hazrat abu bakar recited AlImran-144 that
"And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him. If then he die or be slain, will you turn back on your heels? And he who turns back on his heels shall not harm Allah at all. And Allah will certainly reward the grateful.". After listenning to this ayat and his speech, everyone understood that the holy prophet has passed away.
Surah Fatiah says, "Thee alone do we worship and thee alone do we implore for help". so Allah is the only one whom we can ask for help.
dr. naik in my view is cherrypicker when it coems which question to answer.. I have sene tim time and again staying clear of one anamoy in Quran which claims that in womb first bone develops and then it is decorated with flesh.. Fact is at no stage of foetus growth bone preceded flesh it's always flesh first and then ossification to bone.
Dr. Zaakir Naik has no answer for this and even his verbal acrobatics can;t help i this case so time and again he stays clear of this aspect..

bro, I remember sharing that with you before or maybe it was someone else. khayr, I have two books (in urdu) portions taken from Shaykh albani's (rahimahullah) sisila daeefah (or something like that) and I do not think they have been translated into English or available online. I do not know anything about silsila hadith sahiha or nahr ul-awtar. I will check with some tulaba and pm you insha'Allah

Yeah here's the credit for both these guys. zakir naik is a showman and so is tahir ul qadri.

my two cents on this..
1. we are not IDOL worshippers, thats a SHIRK, so worshiping deads and asking deads for help is just lack of knowledge.
2. ash'hado an la elaha illah laha wa ash'hado an na mohamadan abdahu wa rasulahu. Muhammad sa was a human and a prophet]
3. stop talking about fairy tales. everyone who is born on this earth, will die on this earth. PERIOD
4. Isa is somewhere in heaven, DISAGREE, coz I dont have knowledge of heaven, I know where's Allahs located.
be simple, think simple and STOP making this simple religion a complex one with all those loose ends.
