Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

sorry Captain, I dont understand your post at all...clarifications please?

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

Captain1, have u been told the fates of all the nations that were sent 'azaab' to????
Quran mentions just a couple of nations as examples....
and the word used is QARYA (QURAA as plural) which means villages in arabic (or some tranlators used the words town)....

did this earthquake destroy entire village(s) or not????

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

^ armughal: I have few examples, for one like Hazrat Lute AH's nation, his village was entirely destroyed while his followers were taken out of village, Hazrat Nooh AH's nation was all destroyed (all earth was flooded) except for his followers.

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

Repeat…

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

some villages were probably “all destroyed”, but places like Muzaffarabad, Balakot were not “completely destroyed” there were many people who were rescued.

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

so u think these villages were possibly facing teh azaab???

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

I can’t “judge” it, I have no clue as to what their beliefs were, what were they practising, how “sinful” they were, how much they “transgressed” etc.

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

and what when Allah says that:
Quran 28:59
*And never did We destroy the villages unless the folk thereof were evil-doers. *

Allah says that He never destorys villages EXCEPT when the people in it were wrong-doers....
and He says in other places that He does not destroy a village whose people r good....

do u think these words have no meaning????

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

Mamaof3, my question was directed at those who support the decree “it (earthquake) was Allah’s punishment for those people”. My question if they know anything about any survivors (if there were any) in past nations who received Allah’s punishment (examples of whom are present in Quran).

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

Let me ask you, can I join people in Europe, US, Africa, Karachi, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE who are evil doers since they were not “punished” it must mean that Allah was fine with them?

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

^ it means their time is not yet come....
Quran 7:34
*And every nation hath its term, and when its term cometh, they cannot put it off an hour nor yet advance (it). *

read the same in 10:49....

if Allah wishes to give them more time, doesnt mean He is pleased with them....
Quran 6:44
*Then, when they forgot that whereof they had been reminded, We opened unto them the gates of all things till, even as they were rejoicing in that which they were given, We seized them unawares, and lo! they were dumbfounded. *

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

I am not referring to anyone in particular here, but ALL who think this is some kind of devine warning for the alleged sins commited in Kashmir…

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

So now the burden of PROOF is on YOU to show us EXACTLY what these villagers were doing which was so wrong, and which was further not being done outside of the village. Why not Karachi?

Are you suggesting that EVERYONE in the village was a wrong-doer? Yet children are incapable of sin…and perished…

Also, please do not quote partially:

Quran 28:59:
YUSUFALI: Nor was thy Lord the one to destroy a population until He had sent to its centre a messenger, rehearsing to them Our Signs; nor are We going to destroy a population except when its members practise iniquity.
PICKTHAL: And never did thy Lord destroy the townships, till He had raised up in their mother(-town) a messenger reciting unto them Our revelations. And never did We destroy the townships unless the folk thereof were evil-doers.
SHAKIR: And your Lord never destroyed the towns until He raised in their metropolis a messenger, reciting to them Our communications, and We never destroyed the towns except when their people were unjust.

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

do u mean there were no children in the nations of Aad and Thamud and the people of Lot who were destroyed by Allah???

if u say there were none, i dont buy it…

and if yes, why wud Allah spare our children if he did not spare theirs???

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

Don’t buy it? I’m not selling nothing. So…how about an answer…why were the pious not spared? And, please do tell…exactly WHO was the messenger sent to the village…for it’s clear in the verse you quoted that Allah will not punish a population unless a warner is sent to it.

So? What’s your answer? Exactly what were these people doing that we can learn a lesson from?

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

did they yet not receieve the message sent thru Muhammad (saw)????

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

Bzzzt. Wrong answer. I am looking for something SPECIFIC that they did that led to their distruction. God did not send the Prophet (saw) to that particular village…the verse is clear in that a messenger is sent specifically for the village…who was it?

Ahnd what is it they were dong?

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

well according to the fantasy Mullah that I apparently made up for "tafreeh"....

the people were watching cable tv.

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

^^ mamaof3 he should have specified the channels too naa?

cable tv has the arabic channel too u know

never mind that the women are whitewashed and dressed in infidel clothes and singing habibi habibi

Re: Disturbing - Conversation with a Mullah

There’s more in Karachi. So why didn’t Karachi get nailed?
