my dear,dont be emotinal…sit down and relax…wht i mentioned was a fact…yes majority including many “liberals” think tht it was warning from ALLAH to correct our atitude..can u neglect this fact?..or should i tell lie just to prove mamaof wrong??..
we take our guidance from Quran…and we should be neutral in our approach..
we pakis from every part of the country,whether from kashmir or karachi,do plenty of gunnahs…and yes i also think the earthquake as warning..

abt mamaof crazy post,it was nothing but a way to criticized mullahs and religious minded people…thts y i called her posts “tafreeh”…

guy1, I'm not being emotional, I'm not the one who lost family/member/assets, its only the pain that when someone stands up in such situations and claims that it was an azaab from Allah posing as if the victims were full of sins and the one who survived were much holier. There is no way any sane "Muslim" ("scholar" is out of question) can claim that it WAS the azaab that Allah sent.

You may be telling truth that majority of our 'nation' is thinking/saying this, I'm not questioning your truthfulness in this matter, I'm only questioning the idea/thought behind the process of such claims.

Everyone does gunah at different levels, but we, the human beings CAN NOT claim who is more sinful and who "deserved" azaab. We can only take this earthquake as a warning that no life is guaranteed to pass age of 60 or so and no place is "safe" be it your home or school or office so we should keep Allah swt in our heart and minds.

majority of pakis think tht it was azaab..so blaming a mullah is just insane atitude..
just come to karachi and ask people from every part of the society..they will say " it was azaab or warning"…

especially for those who live in pak…but for people living outside pak,its a fun…as mamoaf trying to do

i told u before too Guy…stop wasting your time with shifted pakis, go blow yourself up for palestine or go and help pull out victims in pakistan since you are in the islamic land…

majority of pakis think it was azaab? god forbid if YOUR statement starts representing majority of pakis.
you know this whole indian plate colliding with eurasian plate is just one BIG western controversy.
and guy will explain the reason behind this controversy which is pushed by scientists because i am just a shifted paki, i dont have the intellectual capacity to do so

captain1,well in my personal opinion as i told u"this earthquake is a warning"...if tht quake had striked karachi,then i would have called this as AZAAB from Allah...

we pakis do sin every day,every time...and offcourse there is a limit...from religious to secular people,we people r sinful.....

we should pray for the mercy of ALLAH ....thts wht i can say....we people must learn our lesson

ok guy1. you know NOTHING of me, my beleifs, how much I know of Pakistan, how many family I have there, my efforts at earthquake relief, the amount of respect I have for the many Muslims I know. NOW I ask WHO exactly is doing the "bashing" here?????

this is the problem…u people dont want to hear facts…u know wht is going in karachi??..all the sins of the world r here…illegal sex,drinks,drugs etc have become extremely common..wht u say abt tht..for me earthquakes r the warning signals for our character and our preparation to meet any such disaster…

and yes this is the mainstream opinion…y dont u check out hamid mir article on jang if u can read urdu…he is also “Extremists” or “narrow minded”..

i dont have any interest in u…all i say tht it was hell stupidity to post such thread…beac spreading such hateness at this time of crisis is nothing but lack of “common sense”..we have altaf hussian who criticized mullahs and mujahids but afterwards,he came to know wht these guys have done for victims,he is using chosni in his mouth…

even if u was so much interest to open such thread,u could have wait for the better time..but i m dam sure u will come up something emotional to prove ur posts justify which cannot be justify even in dreams(for me atleast and sensible around forum and pak)

I know how much Karachi has “progressed” otherwise why Edhi would put a ‘jholna’ in front of his centers so people don’t kill their “unwanted” child. I know how much dating/sex/drinking is going on. What do you know about what goes on in other places of earth? You’d think that God will only destroy Pakistan or some other selective “sinners”, by that you are blaming (in/untentionally) God to be biased against you. Did you know about French society? Dutch? overall Europe? Afghanistan? Iran? Saudi Arabia? Iraq? US? tell me in which society these sins are not being committed? The only chances (though slim) of that are immediate neighborhoods of Haramayn-Sharifayn.

And this coming from someone who said “I hope rita will cause some massive destruction”. “goood…americans deserve hurricanes infact tsunami’s”, “yes muslims hate americans”, “american deserve katrina every day” during America’s natural tragedies.

Why is it that those with the strictest interpretations seem to post the most hateful posts and are the very ones who chastise others for things that pale in comparison to their own views?

Guy1, you are an angry, intolerant child. May you find some peace and love and perhaps some tolerance for those different from you in your arduous journey toward maturity. I think you are very young, there is too much hatred in you for being so young. Maybe try some volunteer work, it will do wonders for your outlook on life and help you to be more understanding and tolerant.
