Ok maybe one benefit is that most guys are taller than me, but except for that i dont see any other benefits . I dont wear shoes with heels, so thats not a benefit for me and i dont think i look younger than im either . Im 5’'4, i feel so chubby khabi khabi

Shorter people tend to beat taller people in arm wrestles ... It's quite simple physics really taller people have longer arms and they have to haul extra momentum from their fulcrums (elbows) shorter people can be weaker than their taller opponents but still pack a better arm wrestle, pound for pound.

psyah is right. shorter people make better weightlifters too. the smaller you get the more you can lift pound for pound. this explains why ants can lift several times their body-weight effortlessly.

I am very petite and 5'1 1/2'' .....I luv it for the most part!
Some of the benefits are repeats... sorry!
- Looking younger than my actual age... starting to become more and more convenient ex. able to order off the kids menu and getting away with it ex. getting away with paying the 18 and under price at the movie theater
- able to wear sky high stiletto's and still be shorter than every guy in the room.
- ability to buy kids designer clothing is also convenient for cost friendly reasons
- noticed that people are more apt to being helpful..... doors are always opened, offers to help carry heavy items, offers to reach things higher up, offers to clean the snow off car & shovel, etc.
- people have more a soft spot for you... like awee... she's so cute...baychaari type attitude. Its comes in handy.
- I luv kids and i'v noticed that they tend to warm upto me really easily because I tend to mix right in with them size wise....
- I like the feeling of being taken care of and you automatically get it when you are so much smaller than your dad and significant other. It goes both ways as well.... I'v noticed that my dad has a special soft spot for me as compare to my sister (she is 5'7'') for this reason.
- I can get away with some clothing options that may look scandalous on others.... but looks just fine on me since I am so petite and short.
- Find it easier to get comfortable in the usual "cramped" places... aka. .... bus's, trains, subways, planes.
Cons
- Looking younger than my age.... not good from a professional pov. No one can believe I am a lawyer.
- Needing others help to reach high things in stores.

haha awe thanks Huma. Honestly I have never really cared about my height! I like it! But its always others that have a problem with it. lol. But yea... my fiance likes it that I'm a shorty so its all good :D

Most of the desi women i have met are usually under 5’5. Anyone who is shorter than 5’2 is actually really short and there are hardly any advantages of being short. There is one girl i know, she is like 25+ and she is hardly 5’3. When i found out she was 25+, i almost fainted lol…she looks like as if she’s just 20 
I used to think I was short too but I am actually just a little less than 5’8 and I believe my height is okay, if not perfect. Being too tall is also not good lolzz:D
