Desis/Sex/Contraception

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

or in emergency as this thread demands :silly:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

ironically, the desi women themselves become a contraceptive few yrs after marriage..that is when they have swelled to become a michellen-woman..

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Maddy...read this about coils:

"There are some disadvantages with coils. Coils can make a woman’s periods heavier, longer or more painful. This may improve after a few months.

There’s a small chance of getting an infection during the first 20 days after a coil is put in. Many doctors will advise a check-up for any existing infection before they fit a coil. Infection can spread to the womb and Fallopian tubes, and can possibly result in infertility. For this reason, a doctor may not recommend the coil unless the woman has already had any children she wants.

Rarely, a coil might perforate the womb or cervix when it is fitted. This may cause pain but often there are no other symptoms. If this happens, the coil may need to be located with an X-ray and removed in a small operation.

If pregnancy does occur while using a coil, there is a small risk of an ectopic pregnancy. This is when the pregnancy develops outside the womb, usually in a Fallopian tube. Although this is rare, it is dangerous, so, if you miss a period, see your doctor. An IUCD does not protect against sexually-transmitted infections."

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

after getting married…it wouldnt exaclty be called an emergency right? :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

u shouldnt generalise…

that probably happens as a result of the pill for some women…other women just eat too much. at the wedding today I happened to sit with a few aunties whilst eating…and they are really selfish sometimes…I mean they each take 2/3 chicken pieces on their plates and dont ahve any consideration for anyone else. anyway…thats :topic:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Maddie, you must be instigating. :hoonh:

I doubt you would ask your wife to be put on so many things with so many side effects just to preserve “spontaneity”. Regular birth control pills are less nasty, even.

Plenty of people break in the middle to go put a condom on. Its not the end of the world.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

I agree..

and spontaneity can be left until the couple are ready to have children. It would probably feel more special that way…

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

How do you know every bit of this thing PCG? I swear until I wasnt married, I didnt know 10% of what you know and that 10% I knew wasnt on my nerves enough to place spontaneously for an argument.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

not everyone is sharif like you and me :stuck_out_tongue:

just kidding PCG:D

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

:topic:

I have a feeling that she is/was married. Wallah o alam.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Did you study science in college?

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Yes. I am a design Engineer. I know things by their structure and perceive ideas structurally too. I have read science in its advance form that involves intuition and its helping me know social-beings at work too.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Engineer, na. Engineers are not taught how the human body works. :)

So, no, I didn't get this knowledge from being married. I got it from education...

You know, in the West, girls know full well about their bodies and what is out on the market and what effects their health in what way well before marriage....so that their hubby doesnt misuse his wife's body just so that he can have his "spontaneity"...

:)

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Why would anyone want to visit their doctor just to get a coil inserted and removed later on? It sounds like a hassle. :nook:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Yeah more so than condoms. Maddie, you're such a dunce. Don't worry, you can say these things now. When you get a wife, and believe me she'll be totally running you like a well-run Kinko's, then you will be stocking up on condoms too.

:)

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

pills have too many harmful side efffects, which can affect your pregnancies later. Men need to realise this and just use condoms.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

so a coil is inserted in the..well..then how up does it go? cuz if it doesn’t go up far enough it wouldn’t leave room for other stuff..:konfused:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

then how come I dont know ? :konfused:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Maybe ur just a prude who thinks learning about sex is dirty :hehe: JK JK!

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

not all wives are like that. I wont run by husband like a “well-run Kinko” (woteva that is :bummer: )
