i believe the writer for script has changed and incorporated so many tales to it as being one very famous where a sikh picks a muslim girl and she is forced to marry him and then her children and other people, and she gains back her memory when one day listening to azaan and two sons get with her to be muslims. and just read second one some days back in some true story that a lady in canada was actually muslim and she married a sikh , (don't exactly know the reasons) and then she converted back to islam when she had granchildren and her children also respected her and then she was trying for her husband to be muslim also. so many qurbaanian for pakistan aur aaj check karo, apni he government dabonay pay tuli hai, i remember 14 aug where geo was showing chotay ustad with indian aman ki aasha , regardless that they have taken first kashmir then east pakistan, and after watching this drama, news came that pakistani cricket team is involved in match fixing, shame on them who don't realize k hum nai pakistan kaisay hasil kya tha,,,,,, maybe their parents haven't taught them any ethics, isi liay tou kehtay hain k pehli dafa koi bhi rule tornay sai pehlay ya koi ghalat kaam karnay say pehlay soch laina chahiye k aainda jo bhi yeh ghalat kaam karay ga, us sab ka gunah aap per bhi ai ga.

^ this is based on a famous novel, Bano, by Razia butt and the screenplay wright has followed the novel completely. Plagiarism is a huge offence and it's best to not suggest it unless you have definite proof.

i started watching this drama....but i got bored of it just by 2/3 episodes....that kind of partition stuff has alreday been showed in other dramas and films...surely its not a bad drama...i'll say its time pass sort. i liked those funny scenes where that woman (bushra ansari's sis) tries to set her 14yr old daughter with fawad khan.

This drama has portrayed Partition with such detail and sensitivity, it's remarkable and different to other Partition-related dramas. I can see people regarding it as a classic in the future.

Good Acting by Sanam Baloch. I was thinking who she did those scenes. Some times its difficult for the actor to easily come out from the scene.

another great episode! Sanam did a great job emoting in this episode w/out uttering any dialogues.
It's going to just get sadder :-(

How many episode are there 14 or 26??
What i understand from episode 10 is that Banu and her mother were in the camp, some people attack on her. They rape banu, so her mother Commit suicide. When banu saw her mother died she start crying and then fell down. At that time she had cloths. After that when a Sikh pass from there he saw Banu without cloths!! What does this means? Is somebody rape her again?

yeah in the novel he has 3 kids - 2 boys and a girl. Looks like in the drama it's 2 boys.

@doree i don't mean that it's plagiarism. i am just saying k sachay waqayat of the similar sort, i have read before also. these 2 i quoted were the most famous. so probably Sameera fazal has taken inspiration from them if only Razia butt has not written those in her novel.
