Ofcourse they do, I see plenty of youngsters everyday on streets doing that even once I was like that so I don't need to prove it to you or anyone else that crazy fans are exist.

Materialism. This is the biggest problem that comes with celebe culture. People follow celebes with foul language, sleazy lifestyle and cheating only because they're rich and famous.
Sue Palmer in her book says " I recently visited a school in part of inner city of London that bred one of the 'stars' of Big Brother, and the teachers told me how difficult it now is to motivate children who expect to become famous overnight without effort or qualifications. (just like Jade did)".
Our role models should be Prophets(PBUT) and their companions not these sleazy celebes so we can lead a good spiritual life and save ourselves from Hell Fire.

I try not to associate myself with actresses/models/singers but no one can or should stop one from condemning the bad aspects of a culture or norm, I cannot ignore media and people who are effecting all of us.
Neither I'm forcing my views on anyone, I'm sure you won't say a word of objection if you see someone condemning a religious personality but .............oh well.

I am from India and when I went to visit family some time ago, I had this major culture shock! My young cousins, friends and even some older folks were emulating Bollywood celebrities not just in fashion but also in style of language, appearance, etc.
I guess it is very easy to get carried away by what looks attractive and trendy. What is worse is how these celebs are even twisting religious beliefs to justify their choices.
Well, who am I to judge. At the end of the day, they may be doing something we cannot see but Allah can.
