Bhutan manages its internal affairs without any Indian interference. Since India’s defeat in the Sino-Indian War, Bhutan has also managed it’s foreign affairs independently, and has even conducted its own border negotiations with China, completely without Indian interference. Bhutan maintains friendly, cooperative relations with India, but I certainly don’t think you can argue that India is “meddling” in their affairs.
