Just? Mohabbat main kaun talaaq deta hai? Rarely are relationships ended in a good mood or a state of calm.

And who knows? The guy who was so consumed by his anger to end a relationship once before…can do it again if he still has no control over the ego/temper. It’s most likely the child that’s his weakness right now…the same child his anger and tongue gave little thought to the first time.

I’ve heard the premeditated halalas are not jaaiz. But then I question the validity of a marriage which was done with the intention to divorce later on.
