What happened to this Circus Industry, a source of entertainment for poor people? Are they still active?

I remember Lucky Irani Circus that used to visit different cities and towns to provide entertainment to people.

We have circus shows here in india.but after new law which requires circus to exclude wild animals.people specially childs are loosing intrest in circus.

hamare yanha gemini,jupiter,and african circus kaafi famous the shayad aur bhi circus honge......

specially usme kaam karnewale artist kerala se ate the...ya fir nepal or north east Indiase.........:)

so how were the girls in circus used to dress in pakistan?idhar to kaafi revealing outfit hota tha.....

We have annual circus performers here :cb: Kids love them and there is a casino name circus circus in sin city :@:

Did you visited circus, when you were in Pakistan. It was / is a main entertainment in rural areas especially on occasion of Urs / Mela.

hahaha. Even our Dadi never allowed us to go to Mela /Urs. I once go to Urs of Qalandar Shahbaz with my cousin, when he told me that there would be a book fair there. But there was only one book stall selling Farsi books on Qalandar Shahbaz and I was :mad2: at my cousin..

Dare Devil kia hai? Maut ke kunwen se yaad aya, seeing my reaction of not finding books, my cousin asked to see Mot ka kunwan… When we reached there, there was sometime for starting the show. Suddenly, a khusra came in the kuwan and start dancing on ‘Dil walon ke dil ka qarar lootne’ and me and my cousin were :rotfl:
