Monday : gym 2hr + 30 min run on the mill
wednesday: indoor hockey 1 hour

Sure i can tell you some tips but we have to meet at gym ;). Well..there is no magic to it though. To make story short..he told me not to overdo weights or things like that. He advised that i should keep my workouts in consistence basis.
BTW question to those who have been working out for quiet a bit. Did you notice your metabolism is faster now?.

Calories burnt = 920
Sit ups X 25
Scissor crunches X 100
Junk food = minimal

@jhoom - that is awesome - nice mix of gym, running, football hockey - keeps the boredom away.
I assume football means soccer and hockey is field hockey? I di dnot know there are indoor field hockey arenas.

Its no carbs girl.
I ate 1200 calories a day and the only carbs I ate were oats for brekkie and none after 6 at all.
Weight loss to date is 16kg

bike: 15 mins
strength training: 30mins
stretching: 5-10 mins
I want to change up my workout routine......it gets boring doing the same thing, any suggestions?

Why don't ya do bike and strenght training one day. And other days keep switching here there?. Btw..do you go to gym?

at the moment swimming once a week for an hour, everyday 60 min walk, and 5 prayers.
i have 4 months membership in premiere but i need to search one near my office :S

Yes I do go to a gym, however currently my schedule only allows me to go 3X a week. I usually start off on the elliptical, tire myself out, go to the bike to relax a bit then head off to the machines.
I don’t think I can strength train more than 1/2 hour
I go through about 6-7 machines that I like…then I am out of there…
hmmm…I want to try the rowing machine…maybe I’ll do that

I say you are fine and beautiful..ya don't need to do anything. haha! aight aight. Ya gota build your stamina girly. For instance, do ten mins run and start with lets say 4 push ups.

I want to lose some wieght..........but right now I want to focus on certain 'problem' areas such as my arms and back

Aight..i really hate to ask ya this girly but how is your eating habit?. And to answer your question..Well do this..
Do ten minutes on treadmill (your heartbeat will faster)
Then do some back excersize while using specific machine. I mean key is to be focus!. Start from little reps. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkOt7m75apA&feature=related
Then do some arm excersizes by using dumbell. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfqRJbvIa8I
I just posted an example..so the key thing is..not to move from one machine to another. Focus on your back and arms for now. Wish you all the best!

Going to be completly honest…I’m a foodie but at the same time I understand everything in moderation. Whenever I have my guilty pleasure days, I do 2x as much cardio the next day. :halo:
I just have something coming up so want to be at my best lol

I understand completely G!. Just control your eating habits..stay away from junk food. Like cold drinks, chips, eat rice and roti in small portion.
