but don’t you get bored? Like I exercise cuz of the results. but i pretty much hate every minute at the gym and i’ll admit it :halo:

I hate every minute of the elliptical I just listen to my mp3 to keep my self distracted but I love doing the at home turbo fire workouts time flies and its actually fun

^I can relate to that.

Wokout DVD's go pretty fast, and have gotten easier for me. It's the elliptical that I absolutely hate and can only use it while watching something on TV (with a lot of fast forwarding too lol).

Me too! Honestly what has been helping me is my music. I just zone everything else out.

For today I did 45 mins on the elliptical + 15 mins on the bike and 20-30 mins I spent on strength training

Aight..my progress has been great. I have slightly shifted my focus on making arms. Had a great chat with our gym trainer today. I told i don't want to look like those body builder fellas..but rather have a decent body. I must admit..he has given me some good tips eh!
