Yo check it!!
I’m starting this thread because lately i noticed there are millions of weight loss thread in this section. It can be very hard to make changes in our lives, and sometimes all we need is motivation. (Don’t know how much motivation ya gona get by sitting and writing in this section) But apart motivation..we also need little encouragement. So, I am going to try to chart my progress here, and hopefully it will help me to keep going, and also inspire others to lets say from loosing weight, work out, running or heck it could be mild has walking in the park in consistent basis to chart your progress here.
My progress So far since 5 month is that..i was able to keep my body into shape. Lost all un-wanted fat and calories in my body. I have started eating good food. By which i mean, i bake my food, eat veges and fruits lot of it. Drink pure juices. And i should say the progress have been great. In terms of workout..at the moment..my emphasis to work my legs, back, chest, abs and arms. I have noticed great difference. Iv given the weight training a rest lately. Ive been focusing more on cardio. I run a lot. Did the 1500m in 5 minutes and 4 seconds just the other day. I have to have high stamina cuz i do a lot of muay thai and bJJ sparring. With regards to diet, i eat lots of omlettes and grilled chicken for dinner. For lunch i eat pasta and rice especially just before a workout. Then in between i do the protein shakes. Breakfast is just a couple of toasts. I dont like to eat LOTS cuz i like to stay light on my feet when im working out. Ill probably go back to the weights at the end of the month. Right now its all about stamina and endurance. Whats on ur IPOD when you workout Xtron??

Well i think you are doing awesome dude. Just keep that physical activity up. And whats on my ipod..well generally it is me and my best buddy we work out together. We put the radio on loudly. And we listen to everything which is fast. You name it..rap, alternative..etc.

Thanks man. Yeah i tend to listen to some of the heavier stuff when im working out e.g breaking benjamin, alter bridge, three days grace etc. Im in the process of setting up my own little gym right now cuz i have a heavy work schedule at the moment. So when im done with work i can come straight home and start working out straight way instead of coming home, getting changed, heading out etc etc. I think i would just get a lot more work out time
Thanks for inspiration X. I've started working out officially. My goal is to tone my body. Thanks for putting up videos for toning up. Yesterday i went to gym first time. Did cardio and went for swimming.
Srimati is training for half marathon. Today we walked 1 mile and slow-jogged 4 miles. Target for 4-mile was 13 min 20 sec/mile - but she did it in 12 min 25 sec/mile. Goal is to build aerobic capacity by long slow jogs.
