I have taken belly-dancing classes last year but had to quit for various reasons. But now i am back to taking belly dancing class once a week. Love belly-dancing as it is very good tummy workout.

Did absolutely nothing Mon-Wed - Srimati went on bidness trip - I got lazy. Back on track starting tomorrow. 1 step back, 2 forward.

40 min each day on stationary bike for 2 days. Too much snow outside (did not follow my own suggestion dont let weather stop you - yeah hypocrite I know! But running can be treacherous in icy conditions)
Plan to do pushups, situps and get aerobic exercise by slow long jogs.
I think I had mentioned earlier on in another thread - long slow jogs can actually be very rejunevating - this had come up twice in last ~ 4 -5 months in Runners World.
On another note- Yo, Xtron for Mod of health and fitness - I am sure everyone here will concur. Thisi thread has given me new life.

did 45 min exercise, 15 min cardio + 30 min pilates yey!

Thanks buddy...i would like to see everyone healthy and since diabetes and other weight and health related issues is rampant in south asian community..i am trying to encourage ppl..and that is only when i have started acted upon it..

9-30 - 11:30 p.m. Swimming.
Sat - Sun
2:30 - 6:30 a.m.

Swimming..i haven't done swimming in a while. Btw..i do not how to swim..but i can float though.

swimming ke liay zahir hai pani mein uthrna parta hai :) bahir se to aap seekhne se rahay.
iss ko khush qismati hi kahein ge. jiss ne humain sekhaya she was captain of synchronized swimming team, the team that represented her country in Olympics. maze ki bat hum ne seekha pehlay maloom bad mein howa. keh synchrnozed swimming is mostly for females, hummmmm kinda mixed form of swimming, dance and gymnastics.
khwateen ke saray kaam waise bhi behad mushkil hote hein, humaray buss ke nahi hote. un mushkil kamon mein se aik synchronized swiming bhi hai. but in the end it's fun.

Lots of stationary bike watching cricket. Pushups, situps, hamstring stretch. This weeked - jog up mountain Sat, run along river Sunday. Do some wts tonight.

^ getting old. Years ago, as a distance runner, coach would make us do sets of 15 times 6 - just to build arm strength. Now, getting lazier - I do sets of 12 times 2 - should do more.

How do you guys work out/run outdoor in this cold?? I would love to do that too but I know I'll freeze to death.
What is cold? what temperature ?
Start with saying hi to cold go walk out for 10/15 mins or 5 mins.
Then dress properly , wrap head, head lets 40 0r 60 % bodys heat out.
Always finish running close to house in winter!!

I’ve been working out using dumbbells with having Tendonitis in my elbow.

^ That is some intense regimen!
For the wife's half-marathon traiining, 3 weeks ago we did 4 miles continuous jog at 12 min 24 sec per mile, 2 weeks ago at 12 min 4 sec per mile.
Today, we did 5 mles continuous jog at 12 min 0.8 sec/mile. So nice progress for her.
Did usual mountain slow jog/walk yesterday.
