I have a friend who is a lawyer…she worked at a law firm…long hrs. after she had her baby she told her boss that she will have to quit her job to stay at home with her daughter. She was so good at what she does and was a great asset to the firm that her boss offered her a flex schedule…i have nvr heard of that for lawyers! she works 3 days a week and 2 days works from home. unheard of 
she accepted it. I would do the same
