as I have stated before, my dad bought offices in pakistan a long time ago when he wanted to start his business.
anyways one of these offices were first taken over by PPP shaheed bhutto group goons, and we believe that they are no longer there.
the second office has been taken over by some jackass who has an office next to it, he basicaly broke down the wall and took over that office, and closed off the main door to the office.
I am not sure of the value of the offices now.
My dad is too simple of a guy and non confrontational to a fault. He does not want to rattle any cages and then be a target, so he has not done anything.
Now.. I am asking him to transfer the offices in my name, i want to get the idiot squatter out, and sell them.
I am looking for someone who can help me do it, and in return I am willing to give 20% of the sale price of the offices.
So this has to be someone with connections who can make this happen, i.e get possession of the offices, convince the squatters to back off, and sell them. The timing of this is going to be once my folks are out of Karachi. so most likely next year.
I am 100% serious in this. If anyone thinks they can make it happen, please drop me a note and we can talk.
Fraudia, the kind of people that can really help you might initially agree for 20% of the sale price but with the property under their control, you would be lucky to get this amount yourself. Military groups like lashker and dawa's "mujahids" can help but they have their own set of demands.
I dont really care if someone demands more. right now its sitting there and doing zilch for us for 2 decades. If I have to take a bath on this and give someone a bigger share so be it.
I may have to look up some PPP contacts who had offered to help but at that time my dad declined on ourpose because he was selecting which companies get some big world bank contracts and did not want to owe ppl a favour.

^ police won't be of much help. Hired goons, someone from the agencies, someone from the army (preferably a brigadier or a Colonel) or someone with a party affiliation would be able to do this work.
MF, drop me a line whenever you want to get it done. No need to give up 20%. it doesn’t matter what party he belongs to, MQM or PPP or PML and even an army guy, he CAN be sorted out.

Well, I wont say half but it wont be as much, but then again, it saves him alot of time and effort, as he has a job here in the US and cant be stuck in Pakistan dealing with 'court kechari' problems, and trust me all of this can take very long too... Plus, for property dealers, its their 'roz marra' ka kaam so its gonna be alot faster this way.

With his hairy bum in Chicago, what he needs, is someone in Karachi to make the trips to the proper people to get the property sold. For all that time, the incentive he proposes is 20%. Better than any real estate commission I know of.
Having a real estate goon do it wont be a smart idea. Rather, have an agent appraise the properties just to make sure your 20%man doesn't make a fool out of you.
Send a letter stating that they are being evicted immediately along with a fresh horses head or some fingers along with their names and a map to their homes.
this is a sad reality common in our country ... they can do anything to make their money ... thoree si bhi sharam nahin aati in ko. And a sharif aadmi can't even react, due to life/honor threats ... No wonder corrupt people have corrupt leaders.
