I think maybe you missed this sentence in my initial post

this stems from a previous property dispute, which went through courts in the 80's, and 11 years later we got the possession, but in the process my cousin who was helping manage the court case was killed by the goons of the squatters.

My brother in laws commercial orchards were torched by other goons in the 90's because he did not pay bhatta.

So based on previous experiences he does not want to do this at all, let alone through a preocess where he can be identified.

I am not asking anyone to break any eggs..I am asking people who have the time and the connections to help me with this. I am in US, I frankly do not have the time or the patience to go to Karachi and do this myself. While I can be there to sign contracts for the sale and sign contracts to pay 20% to the party doing the leg work, I dont have time beyond that.

None of this is taking the law in anyone's own hands. No where am I advocating anyone to go assault the premises and harm, kidnap or manhandle the people .

thanks man, I will let you know once the folks are not in Pak. I do have to then figure out someone to look after it and sell the place, because it would be kinda sad that you help me clear out the place, and then 2 weeks later ppl are back in there because there is nothing there to stop them.

I have to figure out a couple of things from a process perspective.

something like

empty
secure
clean up
sell

so while you have graciously offered to help me with 1, I have to figure out 2, 3 and 4. Maybe I need to find some good real estate agents as well.

dont know thw value right now, I can try to find out, but to give you an idea, they were purchased in 1983-1984 time period and I believe the purchase price then was RS 700,000.
