Burqa Bannings

Re: Burqa Bannings

Isn't it a sin to tell me I'm sinning? I'm pretty sure when I did Umrah, we were told to not keep our faces covered.

Re: Burqa Bannings

Except you can still catch someone's face in a hoodie on a security cam. You can't do that with a burqa.

Re: Burqa Bannings

Do you think anyone going out on a suicide mission cares if their face is caught in a camera?

Re: Burqa Bannings

As I said Islam ka mazaq buhut urh chuka, ban this nonsense.

Burqa-wearing bank bandit sought | UTSanDiego.com

NATIONAL CITY — A woman wearing a maroon burqa attempted to rob a National City bank on Thursday evening, but left without getting any money.

SILVER SPRING, Md. (CBS/AP) The devil wears Prada? How about… robber wears burqa?

Montgomery County police said a man disguised in the traditional women’s middle eastern outer garment robbed a bank Tuesday afternoon in Silver Spring, Md. Police said the bandit wore “long black burqa over his face.”

He also wore jeans and tan boots underneath it, they said.

From Eric Dondero:

It’s happening with increasing frequency here in the U.S. Would-be robbers dress up as Muslim women to disguise their appearance, to rob banks, liquor stores, and jewelry stores.

Two years ago a rash of robberies involving burka-wearers swept France and England (photo). For some reason here in the U.S., middle East Coast states, specifically Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and now Maryland are hardest hit.

RomanCatholicImperialist.org: Male Bank Robbers Successfully Rob A Bank Wearing Burqas in Philadelphia

Male Bank Robbers Successfully Rob A Bank Wearing Burqas in Philadelphia

On July 11th 2011 I mocked society more or less in their lax views on Muslims. Our society is heavily influenced by the media, that is - all media - there is no such thing as conservative media vs. liberal media, both world views work toward the same goal - destruction of virtue. The conservative media pulling for a man like Mitt Romney is a fine example. And if there really is a difference between liberal vs. conservative media - then how is it that the liberals always win? The conservatives really do not do an effective job in closing down the liberal media. Both need each other for ratings. It will never change. Both world views represent evils of factionalism - no different in Dante’s time. Both waring views are destructive to true unity - true universalism.

Well back to the burka wearing thieves. It seems as if two bank robbers got into their heads to cover themselves up completely dressed as Muslims. They targeted banks in large cities. Because the city folk tend to be more tolerant of Muslim dress and the city folk would not think twice about two Muslims wearing burkas walking into a bank. It would be very offensive for any American to question a burka wearing Muslim walking down the street, toward the bank. Wearing a burka into a bank should not be cause of concern for most city folks. Better not say anything or you will be labeled a bigot by society. Observation must be made about Muslim woman who wear burkas: all burka wearing Muslims follow a strict Muslim code, so it stands to reason that those who wear burkas will most likely not use American banks because strict Muslims have a problem with the Western banking system - usury - Jews - and all that - so a Muslim who wears a burka will not step into an American bank run by Jews.

Burka wearing Muslims entering an American bank should have been the first clue that these burka wearing customers where indeed bank robbers.

The burka wearing bank thieves targeted big city banks in Philadelphia between December 23, 2011 and April 4, 2012.

The following banks were robbed, according to authorities:

MoreBank in the 400 block of W. Cheltenham Ave. on December 23, 2011 and March 14, 2012

3rd Federal in the 6000 block of Roosevelt Blvd. on January 6, 2012

Sovereign Bank in the 8000 block of Stenton Ave. on March 20, 2012

Wells Fargo in the 700 block of Adams Ave. on April 4, 2012

ISLAMIST WATCH –(H/T When Pigs Fly) - TD Bank, which has hundreds of branches on the East Coast and calls itself “America’s most convenient bank,” certainly appears to be the most convenient for thieves who hide themselves under face-covering veils. Over the past six months, TD Bank has emerged as a destination of choice for those criminals preferring the anonymity afforded by extreme Islamic attire.

The trend started on August 10, when a man described by police as wearing a “long black burqa over his face” — almost certainly a niqab rather than a true burqa — pulled a gun at aTD Bank branch in Maryland, demanded money, and escaped with cash.

Then came the crime spree attributed to Lashawnda Jones, who was arrested in December. According to charges, she donned face-covering veils during two heists in Delaware: a TD Bank branch in Bear on October 15 and another in Wilmington on October 22. The AP summarizes:

Each time, she wore a burqa — a traditional Islamic garment that covers the face. Police say she’s also wanted for robberies at TD Bank branches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In both of the Delaware robberies, police say Jones handed the teller a note demanding money and implying she was armed. Police say she was accompanied by another woman, also wearing a burqa, during the second robbery.

October 15 looks to have been a busy day for Jones, as police believe her to be the female “wearing a black gown and headdress covering most of the face” who robbed a TD Bank branch in Pennsylvaniahours after the Delaware hit. Note the picture of her from the security camera.

Jones apparently erred by leaving her niqab at home during a holdup of a TD Bank branch in New Jersey on December 5. Sporting only a headscarf and sunglasses, she allegedly lured tellers into the vault before stealing $103,000 at gunpoint. She was arrested days later and reportedly admitted to all four heists. Amazing what the ability to see someone’s face can accomplish.

Is it just a coincidence that the most recent U.S. bank robberies involving Islamic veils have focused on TD Bank? Islamist Watch spoke with TD’s public relations chief, Rebecca Acevedo , to alert her to this trend and ascertain whether the bank’s policies are making it a soft target. Though understandably reluctant to discuss detailed security measures, she did offer an intriguing clue as to why her institution might be attracting burqa bandits.

When informed of signs posted by many other banks ordering clients not to wear hats, hoods, or sunglasses — much to the chagrin of CAIR — Acevedo stated that TD Bank branches have never put up anything comparable. This suggests that greater permissiveness toward head and face coverings has contributed to the crimes outlined above.

Some deny the problem, but criminals concealed by the strictest Islamic garb present a growing threat. IW urges readers to contact their own banks and ask what is being done to counter it.

Re: Burqa Bannings

Thanks for the links... what you are calling "non-sense" is a belief for someone. If you don't believe in niqab its your choice, but stop calling it non-sense.

Re: Burqa Bannings

idiocy is unbelievable…

Ban the burqa/niqab…what will you do about this?

Re: Burqa Bannings

I don't see what Monk posted?

This isn't about religious rights. Religious rights go out the window when you support bombing other people of other faiths, cheering on deaths from 911, and cheering on the Taliban and their "victories" on the border, and support bombs being thrown at shia, ismaili mosques, and killing Qadianis. Then those same people expect tolerance towards the burqa? The burqa issue I'm raising isn't about religious rights actually, it's about security.

Yes, I think if someone is going to blow themselves up, they WOULD hide their faces (not all of them, but many of them). Why? Maybe they don't care, but the goons who put them up to it might, because they don't want anyone tracing the crime back to them.

I agree women are so dangerous I say we mark them too.

Like husband’s name and address or some thing.

But if you think about perda, more women want to cover them self more men should feel ashamed.
Seriously. Give poor women a break first. Stop staring and stuff.

Re: Burqa Bannings

Are you claiming that it is the niqab-wearing population that supports 9/11, every terrorism act you mentioned?

Re: Burqa Bannings

oh wow... so you have any doubt abt it? lol....sadqay jaon aap kay...by the way, for them these are not terrorism acts....these are jihadi acts against "oppressive and brutal USA"

anyway....as"generalized" as it sounds, but do you have any doubt about the validity of PYG statement? which world do you live in?

janab qibla sir jee, meray mohtram kaptan jee....majority of Pakistanis, burqa or no burqa , believe that 911 was done by usa govt and jews.....now dont deny that!

where is your coffee cup today? you need one ....

Re: Burqa Bannings

Can we stay on topic or do you have to discuss every topic in every thread? I don't know how burqa is related to 911 conspiracies. Which "polling" did you study which says that all the niqab-wearing ladies support terrorism?

Re: Burqa Bannings

niqab wearing pakistani women believe 911 is an act of jihad and then pakistanis, burqa or no burqa believe 911 is an inside job. its contradiction or burqa and niqab are two different things for you :D

Re: Burqa Bannings

janab I did not bring 911 into concussion out of nowhere...

you are the one who were responding to PYG's statement about 911 and burqa.... for your convenience here is what you said:

"Are you claiming that it is the niqab-wearing population that supports 9/11, every terrorism act you mentioned?"

and i am saying YES to your statement....and my **"qualitative rationale" **is that a country in which majority of the population believes that 911 was done by USA and jews and a country where anti-west and ant-USA feelings are all time high in all sorts of population segments... of course in that country majority of burqa or niqab wearing population which are more religious by design will be anti-west and will support Talibans and their terrorist activities...did you read my post? that was my first line..didnt i say that for them these are not terrorism acts....these are jihadi acts against "oppressive and brutal USA". This is called qualitative rationale.

and as expected you ran towards "quantitative rationale" and started to ask about polls.... don't hide behind polls excuse...lol...or i can ask you to justify many of your statements purely based upon polls as well!
