AA1985, that one was also worn by Vaneeza in Volume 19, 2006, ISSUE 4. I found a pic of that earlier one. If you look closely you’ll find the similarities.

I think you mean this one. The model in the issue volume 21 issue 3 2008 pic is standing and the outfit has a darker shade. The work and the green patti and borders are similar:
