The top management of all these is still from military and Fauji Foundation (funded by civilians) still owns substantial portion of their shares. Very naive to claim that military has nothing to do with them all. Find me an example of any country where the military is running a residential project at the scale of DHA? Have you visited the clubs and resorts run by military? Where are those leisure islands funded from? Where does military gets all the land for these projects?
Anyways, WTH is military doing running all these businesses? If they concentrated on the job they are supposed to do instead of developing industrial and real estate conglomerates, we’d all be much better off.
