Hi Sumorani!! I saw pictures of your wedding on gupshup forum. I totally loved everything. I am quite impressed with your wedding venue (Ramada). My brother is getting married sometimes this year (August or in December). I have called my mom and told her to check out Ramada as a Valima venue. She is more interested in PC or Sheraton's pool. However, I have convinced her to go and check out Ramada. I am in Chicago therefore, I will not be able to go and see it myself.

i found her (Kiran Bokhari) outfit to be really fabulous and unique. the chaddar drape was intentionally made that way to go with the very traditional gota and the heirloom jewelry. it was custom-made for her the way she wanted, and i think it was really well done. it was exclusive to her too-- for about 6 months after the wedding.
on her actual valima in lahore, she wore a pink outfit, but i guess she repeated it because the gota one for the US reception because it was grand enough to go with the grand scale of the reception.
all that aside, its been more than a year, and i really am bored of seeing those pictures over and over and over in here.

Does anyone get Libaas magazine? I saw a picture of a gharara in an issue at a boutique and I looked everywhere on the net but can't find it. It was Libaas mag volume 21 issue 3 2008. Designer was "Hijab" or something.. It was a red gharara with antique type kaam.
I'd really appreciate some help :)
