I hope this is taken the right way. You nailed it. The progressives typically form 15% of any country. They are the anti war group, equality for all, universal healthcare. The extreme Right 15%. They are the war hawks. They wory about “war on insert your favorite religion here”. The middle “don’t care as long as they are provided for.”

I was not comparing the two individuals, I was comparing the support of the countrymen for their leaders. And since I’m one of those “anti war progressives”, you don’t see me singing praises for any of the world leaders because really it’s come to the lesser of the two evils.

But this is getting off-topic so forget it.
