Its not hard to find a silver eye pencil all you have to do is ask the makeup ki dukaan wala..ya wali. you can find it in liquid as well as pencil..you can also use your silver eye shadow with a thin tipped brush..you can also use little bit of glitter glue (makeup wali) but if you have a had which doesn't shake. you can also use white instead..because these colors are mostly made to enhance and make your eyes look open and not chimtee.. there are also silver highlighters (the huge crayon like pencils)..
There are so many brands: rimmel, maybelline, etude, annabelle to be on the affordable side...but brands like mac, clinique, napoleon etc have other colors as well which shine and highlight like silver and they rock.

Soft in color: well i think it depends on the brand there arent many shades of silver...only one which has a bit of shine in it and one that is a bit grayish.
soft tip...well one pencils have a heard tip which i don't like..
and some just glide on easily but that depends on the brand as well.
go to the shop and you'll find it easier to chose and test etc.

Both are pant-like in that, they have two openings to put a leg thru.
The gharara has* chunnat* (frilly gathering) around the gote. The sharara has no chunnat, and is more like a bell bottom, although some modern shararas have a gote too (but without the chunnat).

Shararas are just one legged skirts but with alot of gher.

one-legged, with or without a lot of gher is a lehenga.
in the last decade lehengas were more prevalent on the bridal scene.

current fashion is fitted at the hips and flared at the bottom, and farshi is most typically demanded (farshi is anything that appears like a trail). the other kinds are the front open ones
sharara has two legs, with or without goth, flared at the hips, without chunnat.

ghararas have two legs, with goth, heavily frilled (chunnat).

right now, anything that you want is in as far as bridals are concerned. people are wearing all kinds of things, pajamas, ghararas, shararas, lehengas, even anarkali dresses for less formal weddings…!
