id go for french manicure for the mehndi/mayun
on other days..
if the lehenga has golden embroidery etc.. would go for a nice shade of gold
n if it has silver stuff on it.. some nice shade of silver..

Re: Bridal Nails - Polish, French Tips or Nail Art
These days a lot of girls wear acrylic nails day to day. So, I personally would go for nails that match the colour of my outfit. I'm hoping to wear red on my wedding day, so will defo be going with red fingernails! Luckily I have very nice nails so will just grow them beforehand, but for girls who have problems growing their nails acrylics are definitely a good option.
Those look like my nails after i forced off the acrylics and painted them with polish…so u see the little stubborn bits of acrylic still stuck to the nail bed and the general unhealthy shape of them.
In other words, a sad waste of diamonds .
Hi,
I think a beautiful French manicure, with lovely white tips, looks really elegant and stunning, and a subtle contrast to the richness of the outfits… ![]()

Re: Bridal Nails - Polish, French Tips or Nail Art
^It was written on the photographer's blog that those were real diamonds and the bride wore a Manish Malhotra lehnga. I posted the outfit in another thread.

Xiva jewels is a company from Dubai that manufactures solid gold false nails with the option for inset diamonds. They are probably the most expensive false nails available, with a starting price of just 7,000 AED or £1,350 GBP. An average set will set you back 45,000AED (£8,680) and the top sets that the stars are buying normally work out at around 140,000 AED (£27,000).
