^yeh thats why i keep saying if anyone is goign to sabs, they should get there earlier.
i didnt find saba to be nice or rude, i ended up getting into an argument with her though because they were makign me wait on my wedding date. i got there about 10 min late and they had a lot of brides and wanted to completely finish them before taking me and i wasnt just gonna sit around so i asked when they would start working on me and they kept saying 'after this bride' they must have said it about 3-4 times and finally i started yelling at the woman who did the hair and i said u keep telling me after this bride, do u expect me to stay here all day. and someone must have gone up to tell saba, or whatever, she came down while i was arguing with her, and then she said, we will start with u soon, but have to get these brides out and then i said 'well i have a long way to go from here, and ive been waiting here and ur employees have been telling me that they will take me right after this bride, yet they keep taking other brides after me bla bla' so i finally got my hair done and went up to saba, and she i think did a great job on me. she must have spent atleast 45 min just on the eyes. and yeh most of the brides i saw that day also looked pretty.
but definitely if ur going for ur bridal there, u should get there earlier.

I recommend Sab's in Karachi to everyone. If your going to Pakistan, and you have no idea who to book, where to go. This is your safest bet, hands down, the bride will come out looking fantastic.
I actually was did my research on GS before I went to Pakistan this past December, and by reading other posts, I made the decision about Sab's. Definitely was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Your wedding day is one of the most important and most memorable day in your life, so play it safe. Not a good time to take a risk.

a friend of mine got her valima makeup done by bina khan. she looked soo pretty. she wore a peach lehnga and the makeup was just so simple and elegant. light peach eyes and rosy pink lips. she looked so cute.
I got my reception makeup done by Kadir at Sabs(engagement makeup package for Rs. 11,000). He did an awesome job! He's very sweet and listens to what the customer wants. I had a good experience. I went on time and got out 15 mins earlier than the time I told them I want to be ready by. :)
My sister had her make up done by Shaheen Saeed, and she did a really good job as well. But this was 5 years ago, so I'm not to sure how she is now. 5 years back, makeup style was completely different. Makeup artists are now trying to stay in between traditional and contemporary, which Sab's offers.
Not a big fan of Alle'Nora, there brides look overdone in that link.
But people have there own preferences, I personally like the subtle yet still dulhan like look. I prefered to look my age and not 10 years older on my wedding day.

I am in a pickle! I am travelling in June and sadly need to cancel one appointment and wouldn't you know it the number is not working! I am desperate to get in touch with my bride to give her ample time to rebook elsewhere and to return her advance. If anyone knows a ****** (Bride's name) who is supposed to be coming on the 8th of June for her Bridal make-up please help me out! I have her moblie number but its coming off consistently so my fear is that she lives abroad and has not left a working number to be contacted on.
Any friends/relatives out there? My other option is to book her with a bunch of different artists around the same time but paying the advances for each is a pretty pricey option! I will do so , however, if i have to. I am really hoping that one of you may be able to help, though.....
If ur going to get married in Karachi....I highly suggest u go to SABS...I recently got married. I got my make-up done from SABS, their bridal package cost 18000 rupees. I just got married in dec so I’m sure they haven't changed their prices dat quick, and u may want to bargain a lil...I'm not bragging but I looked really pretty on my baraat...every1 just lovedddddddd my make-up...I don't want to post my wedding picture here...if u want I can e-mail 1 of my wedding pix to u
