totally get ya gucci...i do great makeup myself just worried abt the big day u kno and if im nervous ill def screw up and the whole dupatta tucking! i did my own makeup and took pics u think if i show them how i want it theyll be like "oh she thinks shes all that" cuz seriously maybe i shud enroll in some classes but i cudda done a better job..went to laaj spent 75 on a trial..she didnt even do my damn hair and i came out lookin like a 30 yr old auntie..when im only 22...sooooooo?? gosh these aunties need to learn AND GET OVER THE GORI SHIYET

I have a friend who had her makeup done by raheela (Coney Island) and another friend who just got married and had her makeup done by some girl named saima (NY/NJ)…

Raheela’s makeup is heavy, while saima’s makeup is simple… it all depends on the look you’re going for…

Raheela should be your last resort. She has a huge attitude problem, plus her work is not something extraordinary for which she should be charging an arm and a leg.

Oh and somehow if you unfortunately end up with her don't forget to give her and her cheelay/karinday/staff some tip.... otherwise the whole staff, under the supervision of raheela, will start swearing at you upon your exit.

i have heard about lady name annie she is in ny,,worked with duplixe in karachi,,i called her ,she said for bridal she charge $1000.00 :(..

my daughter's friend was a victim,,,she wae wearing orange dress for her WD,,so everythibg was orange,,her lipstick ,eyeshadow,,her face,,naik polosh, bride her self said she look like malta(orange)

I had the same problem for my engagement which is next month..to be honest I spent 500 in trials in NY only to find that I can do my makeup better than all of them! Try to work on yourself and if not then go to a counter in Staten Island Mall Mac or Bobbi Brown..buy some of their products and get your makeup done..hair done somewhere else...in nj or something depending where ur party is...

now ill just do my makeup myself my hair and tucking at a regular salon in nj
if u need pics pm ill show u how i do eyemakeup and give u tips on what makeup to buy!

haha DO NOT go to Raheela.

I suggest finding a MAC MUA, many of them are professional MUAs that have their own small business and you can often get their business cards and make appts with them. If you look hard enough you will be able to find pakistani MAC MUAs.
