her work is good
but her parlor and some of the people who work there are not so good.

No, sorry I don't and i don't exactly feel comfortable putting up/sharing my pics on the internet. But you should def. get a trial from her! Just make sure to take a pic of exactly what you want and she'll copy it.

lol i’ve had the worst experience with a lady named tahira from tahira’s salon in central jersey. PLEASE PLEASE do not go to her EVER.
she does not let you look at the makeup she is doing and keeps insisting you wait until she is all done. and since the nervous wreck i was i kept forcing her to let me look at the makeup she was doing and when i told her it’s too much she insisted that the end result would be totally different and what i want. not to mention she got offended that i said i looked like a jamadaar

hi nlove143... yea she does model bridal makeup you just have to let them know what kind of look you want. check out the website at alanorstyle.com
see if you like it...they have a portfolio on it too.
if anything you can get a trial done and the best thing is that they have pakistani
artists who understand how it's done in pakistan and are natural at giving that look.

Did any body tried LAAJ Studios? I was wondering if anyone can help me find a good bridal make up artist who also does hair. I am looking for someone in New Jersey and my wedding is in September so I want to find an artist as soon as possible. I have tried Nina and Sushmita, but both are vary expensive.

u should go to Naushaba she did my engagement make up and hair she charges 300$ (i think) for full bridal make up and im more than sure thts who i will be getting my bridal makeup from I'A shes awesome

hey guys...so Im getting engaged this summer and having a huge party so I've gone to a few makeup artists Raheela, Laaj etc. and I've come out looking like a ghost/drag queen. I dont understand what problem desi people have with making you so white! I am already really fair with MashAllah flawless skin..so I dont find the purpose of caking on 5 layers. Well anyways I heard some ladies praising shahzad at bollywood salon in jackson heights and I was wondering if some of you can share your experiences, what you have heard. IDEAL would be to show me some pictures, if you do not want to post pm me please. I am really finding lots of trouble with all these whacky makeup people. Would appreciate some serious help. :(

apparently laaj was supposed to be good too..but she made me look God knows what :( it was just sad, thing is I know how to do good makeup myself but
a. ill be nervous that day and too many things going on
b. i dont know how to do hair and dupatta setting (need to have my hair covered)
