Does she claim those are real diamonds and emeralds? If so, either the stones are lousy, or she can't possibly be selling for that price...judging from the picture, there are 10-12 larger white stones, which must be at least 2 carats each. Even if they're only mediocre gemstone grade diamonds, each stone should be worth at least $8-9,000.
Her assistant claimed they were real polki diamonds and emeralds - didn't get as far to ask about the grade and quality of the stones, because she was just as clueless as I was! she was more like "do you want to order or not?" - kind of ridiculous when you're attempting to sell something that costs 25 lakhs and you have no specs for that item, don't you think???
I contacted Tanishq in India and they did confirm that this collection is NOT available in Khi :-( The Aleya collection is their best collection, IMO. Some of the pieces are just stunning.
