Re: Birth controle & Islam
there is nothing wrong with them, it was something wrong in my post therefore they ganged up. now matter is resolved with the help of KC baji. so just chill. dont take tension. I concluded my understanding with valid reasons( post # 39)
Re: Birth controle & Islam
Bit in blue is TOTALLY wrong.. Muslims are allowed to have sex for pleasure, we don’t just do it to produce children.. Don’t know where you’re getting your religious info from but the majority view is that non-permanent non-harmful methods are perfectly fine and not just natural methods either..
OP, valid reasons could be wanting to enjoy newly married life for a while with your partner, wanting to travel etc..

"wanting to travel" is valid reason.
Yes, Muslims are allowed to have sex for pleasure too, and it will result babies. ;)
but making it a reason for contraception is big no no.
Re: Birth controle & Islam
RV: Financial situation is not valid for contraception. If husband/wife were not physically/emotionally/financially stable then why they got in relationship. According to Quran, "There is no living creature, but its sustenance is the responsibility of Allah."
I don't think it's so black and white STA. Marriage itself is a huge responsibility.....it takes time to adjust to another person's habits, to compromise, to settle in........without quickly incorporating kids into the mix. Like I said earlier.....regardless of when a person wants to have kids.....you're gonna have a child when Allah has destined it. But there is nothing wrong in being prudent and wanting to have an environment that's more conducive to raising a child. Like the saying goes....tie your camel and then leave things to Allah.
As for your explanation about male sperms giving women pleasure.............you need to brush up on your sex education. The problem is with your wording. There is a difference between what is a penis and sperm....and their functions/capabilities. Read up on it and you'll understand why your original post brought so much amusement. Especially with sticky, laughter-inducing topics....it's better to have your facts straight.
Re: Birth controle & Islam
RV: your last paragraph is not on same page of understanding as I and Khatti were. I might confuse with sperms and semen.

Newsflash dude: You and Khatti weren't on the same page either. YOU are not on the same page as everyone else.
Re: Birth controle & Islam
RV: In this regard, I would not be agreed with you. Either Dr./experienced person is most favorable. ![]()

Re: Birth controle & Islam
Well you are everywhere.
If I go to a technology forum and start giving advice on every problem (knowing that I am an a-tech person), then I deserve to be kicked.
Now let me tell you the story of a cousin of mine.
He is a total bonga (whether he is a real bonga or he just plays it). So everyday he makes these weird comments, and then people get furious at him etc.
Outsiders think he is maskeen and innocent. But he is not.
But that cousin, he loves al the attention he gets. He knows that what he is saying is weird. But he makes such comments, so that people get annoyed by him.
End of story.
So the main thing is that husband&wife should decide with each other.
I think it's pretty clear now!
PS - I also thought that the male sperm/semen will give the women more pleasure..
Only experienced ladies can clarify that for us, so come on ladies!!
Re: Birth controle & Islam
Male semen does contain prostaglandins which cause muscle contractions to pump the sperm up the vagina into the cervix BUT it does not mean that wearing a condom will make things less pleasurable :/

thank you inspiron, at least my research was true to some extent.
Re: Birth controle & Islam
The thing is STA i think you have taken small bites of information from various sources some maybe correct and some incorrect and jumbled them all together etc
When giving information it should be double checked from a reliable source ( not khala jaan or aunty next door) but from a medical book or a patient leaflet from the doctor. A very reliable website in the uk is Health Information and Advice | Medicines Guide | Patient.co.uk which GP’s use here and has patient leaflets of birth control if anyone wants to look it up!
