Re: Bin Laden: Surprising to see people really buying into this stuff
People lets get some perspective here. I am listing few questions (and answers where known) and would like to get your opinion on that:
1) What is the main source of all information at the time?
White house / wild speculations in western media
2) Where is Osama's dead body?
??????
*3) Any hard evidence that Osama was actually killed? *
??????
4) Could it really be possible for 4 slow moving helicopters (which are even visible to naked eye at day light and can be heard at night) to reach a military town without being detected?
Highly unlikely
5) Was it a joint operation, after a deal cut between USA and Army / top level politicians to get something that will produce a kind of win-win for both countries?
?
6) Would Americans be so quiet, had Pakistan actually sheltered Osama in Abbotabad? (all we hear is the praise by Americans top leadership and some criticism between the lines).
?
7) What connection it could have with the possible withdrawl of significant number of US soldiers from Afghanistan?
8) Is general Petreus the possible opponent (presidential candidate) of Obama? How would he come out of this, once the soldiers are withdrawn without he achieving anything significant (militarily speaking)?
9) Did the internal frictions within US made Obama giving full credit to current CIA head (and possible next defence secretary)?
One very important question f*or all those jumping up and down at the prospect of Pakistan being targeted as Afghanistan or Irak or Libya: *
Can a nuclear power actually be bombed? raided? knowing that it could act in despair when pushed to the brink and there are very remote chances that one of the most protected countries in the world could become a target of one or the other nuke capable missile? What would be going through the minds of planners of a supposedly super power when such a scenario is drawn?
Would appreciate an objective discussion without conspiracy theories, please feel free to add more questions. :)
I can't believe someone would have the audacity to question Osama's death. Even more surprising is three likes received by such a BS post.
Re: Bin Laden: Surprising to see people really buying into this stuff
very thought provoking
Ravage, I think your account has been compromised!
It is highly unlikely that the real you would actually agree to the first post of this thread.

The "very thought provoking" was a reference to the very thought provoking link from Asia Times that he posted directly underneath that sentence. LOL

So anyone who doesn’t share your view on this matter is a fool.. righhhht! More fool you. ![]()
Re: Bin Laden: Surprising to see people really buying into this stuff
I don't see a "win-win" situation for Pakistan military, only politicians can score points and ask for getting ISI under Presidency/PM so they can put organization to accountability and pull strings according to master ji.
Possibly moving the troops close to the Afghanistan-Pakistan border or incite some civil war and then move troops into Pakistan
Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan didn't have nukes so a daylight robbery was possible but Pakistan having nukes only night-time sneaker robbery is very likely, what it means is not an open invasion but slowly burning things around with more Raymonds in the country being more active it will become possible to neuter Pak's own intelligence agency and control of things.
NO, US cant afford one more war nor does it have the guts to do the same in Pakistan. we are not Afghanistan or Iraq!! .. but yh ... more raymond losers will be popping up in Pakistan!! either Pakistan comes up with a better strategy or things will get more worse!!! :( can't they just leave Afghanistan?? its been bloody 10 yrs!!!

Bin Laden, Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck... it doesnt really matter who the villian here is. Good that he will disappear from media in few weeks / months.
A carefully choreographed propoganda operation needs that media and people play along.
If we stop questioning / asking for proof, there is no difference between us and vegetables.
So using our brains once in a while is quite healthy. Repeating a lie over and over and over again in the media does not make it a fact.
The fact is that juristically speaking, there is NO PROOF whatsoever at the moment that Mickey mouse or Bin Laden was killed on 2nd of May in an operation in Abbotabad Pakistan. Period.
Quite relieved to see however that this chapter is closed, until the next one opens and another Donald Duck villian appears.
I am quite pleased to see that a lot of my western friends are sharing this view, not blindly following what their mainstream media is trying to feed them and are asking hard questions.
Good sign!

When a President of Super Power announces to the whole world that this person is taken out. It means something, i have yet to see when a President of United States said something of this scale and it proved wrong in last 200 years. So please smell some coffee, it's the Military of Pakistan which caught red handed without any clothes on their body.
Such embarrassment well die in chulu barh pani ..
Re: Bin Laden: Surprising to see people really buying into this stuff
^^ hmmm, what about president of superpower announcing Iraq has weapons of mass destruction.
Or
I don’t have any affair with that woman, Monica Lewinsky?

You may not believe the west. But at least you can believe Hafiz of Hizbul (The Abottabad mansion belongs to Hizbul) . He conducted the prayer for a drama?..
Re: Bin Laden: Surprising to see people really buying into this stuff
Questions… questions… more questions…
Who was it who trained Bin Laden?
Who rolled the red carpet for Bin Laden in the US?
Who had family / business relationship with Bin Laden?
Why was Bin Laden called a “Mujahid” by the US?

Some of the questions, I read in the user forums frequented by westerners.
