Mine dont, do you use airlock bags to store 'em??
I add Oil to the dough in all my kebabs, cause i noticed the kebabs were turning out to be dry and becoming crispy under the grill. That stopped them from doing so.
I dont make the chaplis from desi recipe or shaan it never tastes authentic.
I use hamburger mix, add piyaaz, dhania and anar dana to it.
So they remain very moist.
