Anyhow ... it seems people from outside Karachi thinks that Mujahirs (actually, Karachiets and urban Sindh) are idiots that they support a party who takes Bhatta from them and also kill them. Fact is that Karachiets (and urban Sindh) who supports MQM are not idiots rather they are very intelligent and highly educated. They live in reality, use their brain, and know who takes Bhatta and kill in Karachi, and also know that all this Bhatta and killing accusations on MQM are mostly propaganda and lies of parasites.
For instance, I have 1000s of relatives living in Karachi, all of them are educated and most of them are professionals working in Pakistan or abroad. Many are PhDs, Medical doctors, Engineers, MBAs, CAs, Bankers, Managers, Lawyers, Bureaucrats, and even Businessmen. If there was truth that MQM takes Bhatta and kill, then I would have heard the stories too, alleging MQM. Unfortunately, what I know is that it is not MQM but it is mostly PPP and ANP who are collecting Bhatta, killing innocent (not political opponents but innocent civilians), and also grabbing lands.
[My plot of 400 sq yds in Ahsanabad, and 3 other residential and commercial plots belonging to my family, all of them are of 400 sq yds in Ahsanabad, are illegally occupied by PPP (who are illegally occupying most of Ahsanabad). There are many societies in north Karachi that are mostly occupied illegally by PPP and Pathans supported by ANP. ... and I know also of houses forcefully grabbed by ANP in Husain-de-Silva town].
Muhajirs of Karachi in past voted PML, JI, PPP and JUP and know that all these political parties took votes but never served, or defended interest of Karachi. They also know that amongst all political parties Karachi voted, only MQM worked for their interest and served Karachi, making them realise that their future can be only secured with MQM. Actually, with time, MQM support is increasing in Sindh, not decreasing.
Well, there is a twist in story too. Karachiets also have opinion of people from outside Karachi, especially voters of Punjab and rural Sindh. Karachiets think that these people are mental slaves of Rich industrialists and feudal lords, so they vote Rich industrialists and feudal lords even when those they elect kill them using private army or police force, exploit and deprive them of their every rights, grab their assets free if it is worth, make them do force labour, keep them in their private prisons, humiliate them in every way, treat them like animals, gang rape their women and make these women march naked on roads.
Karachiets want these people to get educated and come out of their mental slavery, stop getting influenced by propagandas and lies, use some intelligence and think of themselves as equals, take their life in their own hands, and start electing people from amongst them (not necessarily MQM but from amongst them who are equal to them), and be partner in making Pakistan a prosperous and just land, free from exploitation and slavery.
