Ali Syed, now dont delete this but the solution is simple, dearest MQM shouldnt be just protesting stuff that they are openly indulged in, but should lead by example and should put an end to their own bhattakhori to begin with. Like I said a thief protesting theft is something that people would only laugh at, including other thieves if you are so hell bent on proving there are other parties involved in bhattakhori.
Why is MQM the only party agitating to stop extortion if it is the one responsible for it?
If MQM is the reason of this extortion and is itself the one demanding action against extortionists then call MQM's bluff and support the calls for stopping these crimes in the city.
MQM has been there for more than 3 decades yet these problems escalated only recently. Can you please enlighten us the reason?

No, they have. Since IK did his so called sucessful jalsa in Karachi, he never uttered a single word on bhatta khori and target killings by mqm in Karachi. And mqm took all the credit of his so called sucessful jalsa in Karachi:)
I actually support Imran but agree with Sachadiyo on this. Though tactically Imran can do very well in Karachi without confronting the MQM but this is still the easy (wimpy) way to success.

Please refer the thread opened on Mirza who openly bashed bhattakhori and target killings by mqm in Karachi. CJ came stayed few days in Karachi and he never ever invited Mirza for his statement.

There are a lot of allegations on MQM about bhattkhori (they might be true, I will not doubt that). The thing is there is a federal government and a provincial government and if they cannot control the menace whose failure is it? any party might be involved but to provide the solution is the governments responsibility.

MQM was agitating against the 12th May violence they perpetrated too, LOL! Skeletor Farooq Sattar was also caught through wikileaks admitting to this US Masters that his party ordered the mass violence. Does that mean they were clean and wanted an end to violence? NO.
This is one of the reasons why people dont take anything the MQM does seriously because they will one day call Afia Siddique a talibanic criminal and the next day (when Altaf's exile is at stake) a daughter of the nation.

You are right on that, but I still differ in one aspect.
As an example we all know how inept the Pakistani police is, but does that mean we continue to blame them for all the crimes and not be vocal against the criminals? Sorry but extortionists are extortionists, even if they carry out a drama to protest it. When MQM stops engaging in bhatta themselves (regardless of what other parties do) only then will their protests be considered meaningful.

Unless mqm be real honest and come out of drama baazi and not repeating the same henious crimes for it is doing in last thee decades, this unfortunate situation will prevail. MQM has to surrender its criminal members including AH to be tried in courts for henious crimes in Karachi.

and in between , their Constant Clash with various Law Enforcing Agencies and its personnel.
..this whole Bloody Agitational Politics was financed through Collection of Bhatta ....Period.

The current situation in Karachi could be due to mqm feeling threatened in its home turf and others getting more powerful with the passage of time. Whatever the reason the problem needs to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise the city can quickly engulf into some civil war kind of situation (like Lebanon, Allah forbid). We will have to learn to live and let live to avoid the situation.

Only the agencies , I have been meeting son of Ghulam Sarwar when he was kept in a flat by agencies under FIA supervision for their an other conspiracy of Hijacking the PIA plane .They got Sarwar Awan in their hand on cost of his son .
They promoted both MQM and PPI same time .
