Njgal, we checked out some Disney comics from our library. Donald Duck and Minnie & Mickey. They seemed to enjoy those. I am thinking about sticking to them for now.
Aisha, as much as its hard for me to write this, my girls are going to learn about sex also anyways. Does not mean that I need to try to find a fun way to introduce them to that concept at this age.
That’s what I was going to recommend. Also, the earlier years of For Better or For Worse. There are a lot of wholesome comics that are entertaining and not to cutesie, that it’s a turn-off for kids.
Archie is for when they’re in 11 or 12 (actually never if possible).
