I worked for two days down South with my work colleagues which involved us having to stay overnight in a hotel…
It was a Wednesday morning where we met up to leave…now fair enough im only staying one night but i brought a change of clothes for the evening, work clothes for the next day and things like a toothbrush, facewash, bodywash, deodrant and olive oil for my hair…so i brought it all in a holdall and my 5 work colleagues 3 of whom were girls were seriously confused at my bag…as it happened i was the only one who brought a bag…
It gets worse…one fo the girls hadnt been home since Monday…so she had been wearing the same stuff…i remember the next morning i got a call to my room asking me to hurry up…i had had a shower, brushed my teeth, washed my face, changed into my new clothes and i soon realised i was the only one who got ready…went to the girls room…the girls were asleep in the same clothes…just got up…put a bit of eyeliner…had a beer and then they were ready to leave…no brushing of teeth, change of clothes, shower, nothing…just a bit of eyeliner lol…one of the girls had the same underwear on for four days…i was amazed to be made to feel vain for doing something as simple as brushing my teeth…
Anyone come across people as filthy as this or did i just happen to come across 5 strange ones…
well thank god people i havent come across such extreeme cases but ya when i went on a college trip i saw few girls nt taking shower everyday or some nt for 2-3 days just cuz it was cold...argh! I along with 1 or 2 use 2 be the odd one who wud take shower everyday and they thought it was kinda funnie cuz it was apparently really cold...so ya there r exceptions!!!
Screw them NBN! Atleast you must have felt totally relaxed in terms of hygiene! I know i cant live without my toothbrush and toothpaste, hair brush, makeup etc...i just wouldnt feel comfortable being around ppl and feeling dirty. Little bad breath is bad enough! And not changing their underwear for 3/4days? Euurrgghh!

! know some Indian colleagues who don't take shower everyday but have never come across with any non-desis who are that dirty. Some older aged sardaars I have known who really stinked but not normal people. Your colleages seem to be really strange ones!
That's why we tend to call them "Gandeh Goreh"!!!!
I find that some goreh are just so yuck whenit comes to basic stuff like that. Like they'll not shower and stuff, but to mask any "odour" they drench themselves in fragrance, eat mints and stuff.
Let me relate an incident you to guys. All of you are well aware that white people (many, not all) are notorious using the urinal and then just walking out without even washing their hands. Many a times i have witnessed this myself and with that thought in mind i now run to the bathroom to wash my hands everytime i shake hands with a white fella.
But this one incident i saw clearly takes the cake. I was driving from Toronto to Chicago few months ago and stopped halfway at some hick town in Michigan to fill up and empty out. Now the bathroom had two sinks, two urinals and two closed door stalls. I went into one of the stalls and did my business. While i was in there i could clearly hear sounds of grunting and discomfort in the next stall. It was obviously someone taking a dump. Anyway so i got done with my business quickly and went out to wash my hands. During that time i could hear ruffling sounds of toilet paper. While i was still busy cleaning up and washing my face (4 hour drive ahead) that white guy got out of the stall and just WALKED OUT!!! WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!! OMFG PUKEPUKEPUKEPUKE
I finished washing my hands and face and walked out (luckily the main door to the bathrooms was wedged open). To make things even worse on my way to my car i noticed that same guy sitting in his truck sharing a burger with his female friend LOL!!!
So anyway all you pakis and indians who are so in love with white people and their hygeine, go stand in a public washroom someday for a couple hours and see how many of them actually wash their hands.

Maybe they don't wash their hands b/c they are using toilet paper and thus their hand does not come in direct contact with..... whereas us desis use lotas..and our hands do. Okay this is gross and i cant' believe i'm saying it but still.. so maybe thats y they think they can get away with not washing hands.
I still think its totally disgusting and absolutely gross.. but still..i don't think desis have the worst hygeine, i think its totally up to the individual...
Oh also..when i use the resturoom in college or something. some girls are just so disgusting, theres always urine all over the seats. the thinking is that toilet seats are full of germs, and thus they will make even a bigger mess..
cheegum, thats why I NEVER EVER touch those bowls of fennel in desi joints, or nuts and pretzels in a bar. u dnt know whos hands have been in it and how clean they were.
Do think its a white thing...what made it worse the girls were the same...and yeah makeup and mints are no substitue for washing a face or brushing teeth...
The shower thing i can live with...i try and get a shower every morning but sometimes if iv overslept or the water isnt warm then i can do without...but i will always brush my teeth and change my clothes which is what i found shocking...this girl was wearing the same underwear for four days...
what gets me more than anything else is LONG nails.. especially gross and unkept ones. i cannot eat food outside if i see the cook/aunties with long nails. its not so easy to always clean what gets under your nails and god knows whats there considering people touch their hands everywhere, ew.
