Add to the list DMI India :D I had specifically told them that I do NOT want sleeveless (written in cap and underlined) and guess what I got :o Both of my dresses where too loose and when I contacted them, they told me to send them back and they'll fix it, but I'd have to pay for that.

If you're buying online, you should be prepared to pay more, as you would if you bought your dress at some shopping mall or designer boutique. You always have to pay full price up front on net purchase, how ever, if you use your AMEX card, it'll allow you to cancel your transaction if you want to. I'll be canceling my payment of 1.27lakh to an Indian jeweler if he doesn't explain the last 27k he has charged me.

I understand that he didn't like you canceling the other lehnga though, since he had not agreed to the reduced price you were planning to give him. For next time, if you want exact color match, you should tell them color codes instead of sending them pictures, printer or screen resolution etc can 'change' the color.

Btw. How did you pay him? If it was through a bank, you might still be able to cancel your payment. Just tell the the bank that you never got your order.

Oh god that terrible! That he kept on at u to go with the company and then he turned out to b such a prat and got it all wrong.
Just make the best of the outfit uve got. I can totally understand ur devastation but do whateva u can with the outfit. Im sure when u have ur hair and make up done it'll look nice.

Oh My God, I feel awful. I thought I had posted it somewhere what kind of morons they are. That manager is actually NOT the middleman and there are no designers involved. They just take the stuff from websites and stuff and get it copied. I had the worst experience with them and ..... My GOD he said the same thing to me that they ahve never made a mistake ever!!!

As always I would say...DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRETTY WEBSITE!!!! they are very immoral and battameez peopple. I buy onlie stuff from kaneesha. they do not have bridals but their casual wear, customer service is fab!!!!

i bought a top from there online and it was the most tackiest thing when i received it...fitting was wrong, length was wrong, the colour and you could even see the glue on the top...it was an utter disaster and i wasted my money - i think there are many threads on bargello - just spread the word that they rude and there service is appalling - i wonder how many girls they've messed about who live far away.....especially if they've ordered wedding wear

Oh man, that is really horrible. :(

My in-laws are making all my stuff, thank God. I would never shop online. Bargello has a really bad reputation for a reason. You should have taken the warnings seriously. :(

I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience. There is also another incidence that I heard from a girl who had their brother’s wedding shopping done by them.
And worst of all is that you are paying for designer knock offs..they r not even real designer outfits as they try to insinuate on their website…When is your wedding anyway?

I DID ASK ON GS…BEFORE i ordered with them i did ask on GS has anybody got any experiences from them…no body answered then…

phir tau sub chup ho gaye thei…most of them sed…there really hgood but just give it in a bit late…and i thought since im going there to get it anyway…the late timing wont happen…

PLUS thats Manager is called **Mashood…**he even made me change my flights to a month before the wedding so he cud finish the bridal wear…then he called me up 2 weeks before my flight saying ‘oh iv finished it…arn’t i gud?’

its better to ask some one in pakistan to do that shopping, tell them the colours and design u like. i think its better option instead of shop the things online.

Aashi, I'm sorry abt ur awfull experience with Bargello. It's too bad you didn't have anyone with you from Khi, they usually know abt what to get from where and abt quality and stuff.
I did all my shopping from Lhr, with my 2 chaachi's. Didn't have to worry abt anything, bass sirf apni pasand bataani thi.

Bas ab jo hua usse choro and concentrate on ur upcoming wedding. Insh'Allah everything will fall into places and u'll have a blast. I'm sure ur gonna look like a beautiful princess :-)

What the hell - thats why i dont shop online no matter how much people tell me about their good experiences you can not trust Pakistani retailer at all; they dont know anything about business ethics nor customer service - something similar but in another way happened to us - this folk singer shazia khushk was to sing at one of my khala's weddings and we gave her the whole money in advance, what that crazy for money woman did was came sang three songs and ran away to some other place where she was supposed to sing - but thank God my mamo is in police so what he did was confiscated all the instruments the people brought and since those people were just told to perform with her and had nothing to do with her they bugged her and finally she (i.e. her husband) called and told my mamo apologized for their behavior but my mamo said he wanted the money back which she wasnt returning well the after a week my mamo took his police force (just to scare her) and made her return the whole money haha...
